Nikki - I'm back to core this week too. I just do better focusing on core foods. Less processed JUNK!
Monday
B~muesli (this batch is sooo yummy...blueberries, peaches and ff plain yogurt in it)

D~having dinner w/friends before our bike ride. She's make a super thin crust pizza. (UPDATE) She said the pizza was 3 pts a piece. They were small, very yummy pieces. I need to get that recipe! So, that AND, I had some PB 5 pts (was sooo hungry) and 1/3 of DD's ww, PB and honey sammich 3 pts? AND 1/2 herbalife pie 2 pts
I wish I could take some AP's out. I think that's why I was so hungry. But that's not the CORE program and, I guess, I need to be able to get more activity in w/out necessarily eating more. So, 10 WAP's gone.
Tuesday:

L~Little Caesar's pizza (1 piece) and a pasta salad (someone brought them in to work and I had to transport DS on my lunchbreak so I grabbed and ran
