Good morning everyone!
Thought I would get us started.Hope everyone had a good day yesterday.I walked, rode my exercise bike and worked out on total gym yesterday.I havent worked out in over a week so it was rough and I was sore this morning but I feel better for it.I get my tooth pulled today so maybe a little relief for me.BBL gotta run

Good Morning Ladies,

Barbara - WTG on all your activity yesterday :exercise: My day was okay yesterday but I spent a little too many pts on junk. Today I will eat more Core foods.

I got my walk in early this morning and it was perfect. I can't wait to start jogging again.

I need to go have b'fast now and I will check back later. Have a great OP day ladies.

Melissa - I just checked out your pics and you and your Mom have done an awesome job!!! You both look great and you are such an inspiration for me. I can't wait 'til I'm approaching my 45 pound star. I know you'll be in onederland real soon. Keep on doing what you're doing.

Good job on the walking early sheila.It's funny you mentioned jogging.I walked and then jogged some yesterday.That was a big thing for me because I have bad knees and havent jogged or ran for probally 15 years and I thought I will try this and see how it goes.I was still scared of my knees popping out of joint but I think I will wrap them next time for extra support and keep it up.I jogged in the back of my yard were know one could see me and bust out laughing.(LOL)

Good morning!

I weighed this morning and I am down 2 pounds! I am so excited! I know for me that journaling helped me so much! :bcb_grin

Going to West Texas today with DH for work. It will be a long pickup ride.


Barbara....Good workout yesterday! You made me smile about your "backyard jog"!!

Shelia....Sounds like a good morning for you! I was having a good point day yesterday....then DH came home with Blue Bell ice cream cones and Snicker bars!! My favorite junk food!! Goodness!

Good morning all!

I am inspired by those great pictures, they both look great in shorts. I haven't quite reached that place yet, my DH would disagree but I want more muscle and less fat. I am having a hump day in its truest sense. I slept in ON PURPOSE and I didn't ride my bike either. We went swimming yesterday and I got too much sun so here I am recuperating. I don't feel like doind anything do I better go and eat breakfast. Day 18 for daily breakfasts. I am still keeping my chart. It is a constant reminder that I must eat breakfast, it works; as soon as I see it I get breakfast.

Barb - I'm so glad today that tooth is going to be done bothering you! Is DH's blood sugar and pain getting better? Great job getting all that exercise in. Teehee...I can totally picture that jogging story. I know I must look a fright in my biking shorts riding that bike of mine mile after mile but I can't see myself, so I don't care!!!! LOL
Sheila - You're sure getting a lot of activity in. I'm with you on the core foods. I need to find something yummy to snack on when everyone else is having treats. The last two days I've had nibbles that I've regretted!
Melodee - UGH! Those ice cream treats are just the kind of thing I mean! I need some treats for me when things like that happen!
Missilissa - We're doing a short book with only four chapters by Max Lucado called "Gaining a New Attitude on Life". It's a good fit for us because morale at work has been REALLY low. I'm glad you rested. Now your going to have breakfast and, will you get some activity in again then today as well?

Doing well. Not much to report. I got good activity in yesterday but need to be more disciplined with my eating. I used the rest of my fp's! I'll have to really buckle down to eat ony my points till Monday! I CAN DO IT! One day at a time!

Started the day at the gym and finally I am beginning to feel like my old self--shoulder is WAY improved, knees were OK and I actually worked up a sweat. 5 AP. :bcb_up Went to WI, lost 0.6; at least it is DOWN. I'm happy, if not thrilled, but with 2 perfect OP days under my belt, I am going to see a bigger loss next week.

Melodee--Woohoo--WTG! 2 lbs is awesome!
Missilissa--good job sticking to your plan. Everyone needs a day off.
Sheila--exercising early is the key for me too--once it's done, I feel like I can get on with the day and not fret over finding time for it later.

Hi ladies, wanted to remind you that I am going to be on vacation for the next 11 days so I will be scarce. Will try to check in with you all when I get a chance. I'll post my WI in the morning and then will have another WI early next week out of town. I should be making (barring a disaster-lol) lifetime while away so I am going to make a meeting on the road to get that out of the way.

I hope everyone has a great time while I am away and I know I will be reading great things about you all being OP and doing great!
