Good morning goal getters!
Today and yesterday I had to keep a friends baby so it kept me busier than normal. The other children are already in routines so its different when you bring another child in.Any way she was a doll and very good. She is 18 months old but very smart.I wont be on tommorow due to dh having surgery.I had the same surgery several years ago and remeber how painful it was.DH is a diabetic so With all his recent problems I guess I worry more for him.Wi this morning and down 1.5 lbs.
Have a great OP day all.:bcb_march:bcb_march:bcb_march

1st off Congrats on the nice loss BARB!!! And good luck and speedy heeling for your husband's surgery.
I did well last night at dinner, ordered the soup and salad bar, got FF dressing, completely on core. Then when I got home I had my 3 pt planned dessert.
Today is a little more difficult b/c I'm going to meet some old coworkers for lunch at a local sub shop, but the had the N/I online and I can get a grilled veggie sub w/ cheese for 8 pts. So that's what I'm going to do.
MIL is supposed to be in town today to visit w/ DH but she won't commit to dinner yeah or neah so I have 2 different all core dinners planned. We'll be going out of town for a couple days starting tomorrow night so I don't want to have too many leftovers.

WAY TO GO BARB!!! YOU ARE MAKING SURE YOU STAY IN ONEDERLAND!
I will be praying for your husband's surgery tomorrow too!
Christen: Great job for keeping to your menu and making great choices!
I am getting frustrated with my attempts this go round with WW. I am going to switch things up again and try NOT to do Wendies and just regular point counting and see how things go. I am going to use a few pointers from another diet plan once I finish reading the book and see if it will help me any! But, I must keep going and that is my plan. I don't want to be stuck in the 160s forever!
Anyway, today is going to be a great day eating wise and workout wise so I know as long as I keep doing what I am doing with little tweaks here and there, I will be successful!

Nikki : We both seem to be in a "decade" rut. The 160's seemed to fly by for me (my first 10lbs) but the 150's are just hanging around and I think it's a mental thing. As soon as I hit my 10% some mental switch flipped and I've been struggling. I'm determined to get into the 140s this month and his my 20lb mark. Adding new things and guidelines always seems to kick me into gear so good luck with the pointers from the other plan.

Barb congrats on your loss!!!!! And I will be keeping good thoughts for your DH's surgury!
Well ladies I am really struggling. I know I have said that before and still managed to pull out losses but this time I don't think it will be the case. I haven't counted points at all this week. I am still trying to make good decisions but I have eatten somethings that I know I shouldn't. I even have had little debbies twice in the past week. Right now I am up about 1.6 lbs. I've got to get back to being OP and truely paying attention to what goes in my mouth....making sure I get enough f/v's and water.
My schedule remains hectic. Tomorrow is hopefully the final day of court. Thursday I am going to the mountains to spend the 4rth at my parents lake house. Coming home Saturday. Work Monday- Thursday afternoon....then flying out thursday night to start a 10 day vacation. I don't think it will be possible to be completely OP during my travels but I have got to get a grip on it so that I can stay close to my weight. I will be okay with a slight gain, but it has to be under control. The only thing that I think will be good about vacation, is we do tons of walking/hiking. We will also be staying at some hotels that have gyms so I will take advantage of that.
To be honest, WW is the last thing I want to be thinking about right now but I know I have to. It's strange, because my weight is still low and so is my size, but I feel so much bigger right now than I did probably 2 weeks ago. So for the next week I will need to be completely OP and if I can drop that 1.6 I am up right now, I think I can head out for vacation feeling good about my weight. Our first stop on vacation is NYC where we will be staying with DH's family for a few days. DH has made such a big deal about my losses to his family, I really want to be feeling good about how I am looking. From there we will head to Boston for a few days, then to Acadia in Maine, on to Montreal, then back down to Cooperstown (baseball hall of fame), then back to NYC. I don't think I have ever needed a vacation this badly!!!
BTW Melissa- we will be going to a Mets game....I've seen them play here in Atlanta but can't wait to see them at home! I remember seeing you write about plans for a Sox game but I don't remember seeing how it went...did you get to go?
Nikki and Christen- hang in there and you will both see losses again soon. You are both such strong ladies!
Hope everyone else is doing well!

Abbie--Cards whupped the Mets last night...hee, hee, hee. They had 3 errors that helped us out. Good luck in NY! Also, remember that DH's relatives haven't seen you since you've been thin so you wil look terrific no matter how you feel! Keep those positive vibes going...you can do it!
Barb--:bcb_bravo
Christen--great job: you made a plan and stuck to it. WTG!
Cammie--Woo-hoo! 20 mile ride! You're inspiring me girl!

I have a great NSV To report! With all the trouble I have been having with night time snacking this was a GREAT accomplishment for me. I had to run to Walmart lastnight and it was about 9:30pm. I still had about 15 pts left from aps earned and some of my daily pts and I had my 2 milk servings I Had to work in for my night time snacks. I was planning a bowl of cereal for 1 of them and wasn't sure what the second serving was going to be. Well while at Walmart I had my point counter and saw RF Oreos and RF chips ahoy cookies and was like well I can have 2 or 3 cookies for 1pt each and a glass of skim milk. I put them in my carriage and then before I got to the register I took them out. and thought against it, knowing it would only get me into trouble because 2 cookies would lead to about 10 for me. I also put those pita chips I love in my cart and took those out before I got to the register also. I went with 100 cal pack cookies instead! I stayed within my points last night and had another OP day! Thanks to the decision to take those extra snacks out of my carriage! :bcb_up
Today I'm cleaning out my room. Its so hot outside that I don't feel bad staying in and cleaning in my air conditioned room. I will go to the gym when DS goes to baseball practice again tonight! I had a great workout there last night and will do the same today!
Barb: Way to go on your loss this week! :bcb_bravo
christen: Great job at dinner last night and way to go on planning your lunch ahead of time today! Keep it up woman!!! :bcb_up
Nikki: You can do it!!! :bcb_up
Abbie: Have fun at the mets game. No, we didn't get to go to the Red Sox game. We weren't able to get tickets so we went to the beach instead. IT was still a great time, but hopefully we'll get to see a sox game this summer.
Cammie: Wow, 20 mile bike ride? YOu go girl!
Ellen: Hey girl. Hope you're having a great day today! Don't worry about the gain this week. You'll do it next week! XOXO
Have a great, OP day today! XOXO

Good evening ladies!
Christen: You may feel like you are plateauing (sp?) but you are such a hard worker. You are such a great motivator with your continuous strides to make your goals a reality. Bikini heaven is coming, just you wait and see; and you'll look great, too.
Abbie: The drawback to living in Utah is that I have never seems a professional baseball game. I am so jealous! Make sure you cheer at least once for me and remember to HAVE A BLAST! You have been doing so good, maybe a little change in your self-image will help you to see how great you really are doing. I believe in you Abbie, I really do!
Barb: WOOHOO!!! :bcb_bravoYou are doing a great job at your loss! I'll be praying for your DH tomorrow, men seem to have a harder time recovering than women because we bear their children and we clean the house the next day (my DH was a baby when he had his hernia fixed, it is our joke to this day...) Seriously, though, you both will be in our thoughts and our prayers tomorrow.
Melissa: Off the cuff, I've been watching the series Monk on DVD and I've decided that you remind me of his assistant, Sharona. You are a successful, single mother who can do anything that you set your mind to. You have a DS whom you adore and are committed to. I am so proud of you for overcoming your trials. BTW, that was a compliment, my kiddos loved her.
Cammie: A 20 mile bike ridae? I can barely type that let alone do that! I think that is incredible. I started riding my bike only recently, but my goal is to be able to stay on it longer than a 1/2 hour! My seat is comfortable, but I get so winded and weak, you are one impressive woman!
Ellen: I checked out your Ellen's One Day at a Time Challenge and I just wanted you to know that I was encouraged by the fact that you keep going :bcb_march You may have fallen off of the band wagon, but you didn't quit the parade and for that you deserve a major HIGH FIVE!:bcb_bravo Three cheers for you!:goal:
Nikki: You are going to be successful! Aren't you the one that cheered me on and told me not to look at the scale? Put it away (I did, BTW), I took your encouraging advice and I put my scale away and I won't step on it again until my week is up. I haven't been very strict with myself, but I got serious in part by your encouraging words. If I can do it, you can for sure!!!
Ladies a word to you all, "be of good cheer!" Have a great rest of the day and I'll see you tomorrow. I am so sorry if I missed anyone.
((((((hugs to all))))))

Thanks Lissa! I haven't put it away, but I am just wondering what it is that I need to do to rev my body up again. Since it has just been staying steady and moving UP, I am going to shake things up. The only reason I am a little frustrated is because my clothes aren't feeling any different. I am always feeling bloated. So, I am going to make some changes in my diet and incorporate the 12 superfoods from the Abs diet into my points. I will start that on Friday. I have more flexibility on that plan then doing Core!
Anyway, Lissa, how is breakfast going?
Melissa: GREAT JOB! You are doing an awesome job! It sounds like you are about to get back into the swing of things fully!!!
Ellen: Its so good to see you NEVER give up! I feel bad when I totally give up. You are always trying to get where you need to be and I need to keep that in mind. You are an awesome motivator!
Cammie: How was that bike ride?
Sheila, Connie, Anna, Judy: How is it going ladies?
Christen: I hope dinner with MIL goes well for you! I know you will do great and make good choices!
Abbie: Fingers crossed and many prayers for success in court for you tomorrow!
