JULY GOALS

1. Lose 5lbs and reach Onederland once and for all!

2. Continue to earn 40+ aps weekly.

3. Continue to get my healthy 8's.

4. Continue to plan my menus! "Failing to plan means planning to fail!"

5. Stay OP!

6. limit night time snacking.

7. Wear a size 14.


Looks like my goals are mainly staying the same this month because I didn't do really well last month on several of them. I am determined to get to Onederland in July....no excuses and I am going to stay OP too!! :bcb_up

Gotta do this.

1. Stay OP and have a sucessful month
2. Catch up to my 1 pound a week goal ASAP
3. Exercise more than 2x/week

That's all I can do for now.

July Goals

1.Drink more water.
2.exercise 5 times a week.& Try for 10,000steps a day.
3.journal more(I need to remember Bite it Write it.)
4.Dont over obsess about things that happen.
5.Lose at least one 1lb a week
6.Never give up!!!!
7.Stay in onederland

1 - Get to the 140's I was so close and then I decided to throw myself for a loop
2 - OP all day every day, plan WPA's ahead of time
3 - Back in the exercise groove, finish strength stage 4
4 - Buy a new bike and ride it
5 - Try some new recipes

July Goals

1. No snacking between meals (unless planned and OP)
2. Drink my water.
3. Lower the sugar!!!! :bcbkickbu

1. Reach the 120's and maintain
2. Minimize any gains during vacation (July 10-21)
3. Be able to bounce back from vacation mode to regular everyday OP mode without stalling.

JULY GOALS:
1) Exercise at least six days a week. (I can make them up if I miss them.) I need to rev up!
2) Follow CORE plan w/added protein. Sugars and carbs are killing me. Literally! (Am doing flex this week though because of foods I need to eat up. Will get as many CORE foods in as I can and stay away from white, processed stuff!)
3) Ignore my hunger pangs and follow my eating plan. I need to RETRAIN my body. It is NOT hungry as much as it thinks it is!! (I know this is not inline with core concepts but it is what I need to do for myself right now.
4) In order to do the above, I need to have a plan. I will plan my meals at least a day ahead AND, will do my best to have several healthy snack choices.
5) Log as many exercise miles as I can to help myself and my team!

1. Lose 1-1.5 lbs a week by STICKING TO THE EATING PLAN
2. Run at least 10 miles a week

My simplified goals for July (I want to avoid burnout by not making unrealistic goals):
1. Ride my bike for 30 minutes each day, working up to an hour and up from there...
2. Breakfast daily (for sure)
3. Gym 4 days a week, to continue to firm up.
4. 155 by August, I'm tired of 160, talk about your plateau :bcb_mad: more would be great, but I'm settling for 155.
5. Cheer you awesome ladies on to your goals!

My July Goals:

1. Lose at least one lb a week(4lbs for July)-will try for 4.2 since that will get me in the 150s!
2. Ignore my hunger pangs because I'm probably not really hungry..at least I know I am not starving(thanks Cammie!)
3. Continue sticking to my workout routine with beachbody.
4. One new recipe a week
5. PLAN! PLAN!PLAN!

My July Goals
1. Workout at least 5 times a week.
2. Strength train at least 2 times a week
3. Journal, Journal, Journal
4. Get in the Healthy 8s
5. Lose an average of 1.25 pound each week (5 total for the mo.)
6. Attend at least 1 WW mtg per week

Some form of exercise 5x week

Status check near the end of the month:
1. Stay OP and have a sucessful month
Maintaining a little higher than I was a couple of months ago--not progress.
2. Catch up to my 1 pound a week goal ASAP
see #1--no progress
3. Exercise more than 2x/week
No progress--still crazed around the house. Plan to walk every day on vacation next week

1. Ride my bike for 30 minutes each day, working up to an hour and up from there... Most days, I've gone for at least an hour.
2. Breakfast daily (for sure) Every day, except ast Sunday.
3. Gym 4 days a week, to continue to firm up. Membership is expired so until next month I am riding the bike to take the place of the gym.
