1 serving; 3 points

1 cup lettuce
1/4 cup sliced onion
1 cup cooked*, peeled, and sliced fresh beets, chilled
1/2 cup cooked green beans, chilled
2 tablespoons goat cheese
1 tablespoon Newman's Own Lighten Up Honey Mustard dressing

Toss all ingredients together. Serve immediately

*To cook fresh beets, rinse and trim off leaves and stems. Wrap in parchment paper, then foil. Bake in 425-degree oven 1 hour. Cool before peeling.
