Hi all! Well yesterday was another long day in court. Unfortunately the case has been continued over until Wednesday because the other side didn't have enough time to finish their testimony. So, it's still wait and see.

Yesterday was a pretty yucky day eatting wise too but I managed to only go up .4 overnight. As you know I am ALWAYS up through the weekend and start to come back down beginning to middle of the week. So this should be fine.

I am working all day today but will be off tomorrow so I plan to rest up from this past week. I will definitely check in with you all tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a great OP weekend!!!

Hey ladies,

I'm very happy to report that all my hard work exercising this week paid off. I lost 2.8 and I am at 204.8, which puts be just a tad lower than my lowest weight a few weeks ago of 205. I'm soooo happy. I am 3.4lbs away from 45lbs. YIPEE!!! I have to check online to see if there is a WW meeting mom and I can go to in New York this weekend and next weekend. Since we will be in Cooperstown, NY with DS for those weekends. I hope there is one close by because we don't want to miss a meeting, mom more than me. But i'm hoping to have consistent losses from here on out, just like before! I WILL GET TO GOAL!!!

Abbie: That sucks that it is still a wait and see. But hopefully on Wednesday it will all be over with! .4 isn't bad at all, after my fun weekend of eating I was up .6 and today down 2.8. WOOHOO!! But i'm sure it's because of all the exercise I got in this week and yesterday's hike was killer!

HOpe everyone is enjoying their weekend and staying OP!!! XOXO

I think I am the only one without a loss this week! Sorry guys, but I promise I will get some lower numbers on the scale soon! I am following Wendies to the letter this week. I am going to eat all my APs when I am supposed to and etc.

I took pics at the beginning of June I am going to take another set once its about 2 days before my vacation to see the difference! I have 3 weeks to go so I am trying to see what I can accomplish in those 3 weeks. My goal is one lb a week, but if I can squeak out an extra .4 each week, I will make it to the 150s! Either way I will be happy, I just want the scale to go down and not UP!!LOL!

Have a great weekend!

Nikki--you are NOT the only one. I actually haven't weighed in ...how long???? so I really had nothing to go on other than my last weight of 194.2. so, it was up 1.4 to 195.6...I promise to do better guys...I HAVE to! Still trying to organized the house. Do long the new king sized bed though...:bcb_grin

Greetings :bcb_happy

Hubby grilled veggies and cooked steaks on the grill for our evening meal. It was so good! I stayed within my points. I even got my water in for the day. The water thing is always a struggle for me.

I ordered a pedometer and got it today. I am about to program it and take it for a test run this evening. :bcb_march

I noticed that you post your goals for the month, so I am working on my July goals to post.

I am going to my in-laws in the morning and will be back Monday night.

Hello to all that follow....have a wonderful evening!

Happy Weekend Ladies!
I noticed that my post didn't show up.:bcb_mad2 That just irritates me when that happens. I welcomed Melodee and greeted everone individually. (Melodee, you're going to just love these ladies here, they really ar awesome.) Did anyone get it? nope, bummer... I wish I could remember all of the cudos that I said for each of you. I may start copying to a Word document and delete it after it's posted.
Great job Melissa on your loss.
Abbie, I flucutate WAY more than that on any given day, up to 3 pounds.
Nikki, I haven't lost any for months, that is why I didn't do the biggest loser. I was too chicken to try.
I stopped doing the Wendies Plan and I am back on points with breakfast, hopefully my plateau will budge. I can't complain though, I went from a 15/16 to a 9/10... Funny thing though, I still feel fat. I went shopping for a couple of dresses and I grabbed stuff that was too big. Much to my shock, all the things that I thought would be too tight were the ones that fit and most of the other stuff I had to put back. I have to change my negative self image, my way of thinking, and believe that I have changed, so what if the scale hasn't, right?
I hope that you all are having a great weekend. Summer has arrived in SLC, with a vengence and I got heat exhaustion. So I think that I will crash now. Have a great rest of the weekend.
Blessings to you all!
Melissa

Good evening ladies,

Or should I say morning? DBF and I had a GREAT time at the wedding but needless to say I wasn't able to really count points, but I know I was Waaay over my points and all my waps for the week are gone on day 1. But that's okay. I plan on having a FANTASTIC week like I did exercise wise again this week and I promise to be OP every day for the rest of the week! All I have to say is OPEN BAR for 6 hours and Chocolate fountain! Need I say more? LMAO!! :bcb_blush But it was a GREAT night and I"m ready to get my plan in action tomorrow. I will also come up with my new goals for July. Hey, it's only a few days away.

I hope everyone enjoyed their Saturday...it was a scorcher today so thank GOD for air conditioning. DBF and i took a ton of pictures. I'll try to post some tomorrow or Monday!

Good night! XOXO

Hello all

We are about to load the car and head out of town for the night! I have my journal and WW point book to take with me. My Mother-in-law is one of these fantastic cooks that uses all the high fat items to cook with...such as butter, Crisco grease and fries everything! :bcb_cry:

Today is my first day to wear my pedometer. I am going to keep it on til bedtime....looking forward to seeing how many steps I take throughout the day. :bcb_march

Will check in tomorrow night. Everyone have a joyful and OP day!

Sounds like we are all having a good weekend! Abbie - good luck on Wednesday! Lissa's right, .4 is nothing! I fluctuate like....5 lbs or more a day. Very serious. I should drink more liquids in general to fix that.
Melissa, woohooo!! almost there! I love your new avatar! your face looks SO skinny there! Nikki - Glad you tried Jillian 3! I told you it was amazing! I still haven't tried Amy Bento b/c I had the DVD delivered to DBF's and it is still there. lol
Ellen - So good to see you back! Welcome Melodee!

This week's eating has been sorta a challenge, with a lot of meals out and donut temptations. But I didn't go on a crazy binge, so it's good. It has been 12 days now. And i'm down a little more. it's going slower - about a lb a week. So it's absolutely fine!

Happy Sunday to all! I made it a whole week with breakfasts, including my Sundays, which I haven't really been consistent on. I have avoided the scale since the last time I stepped on it , It said I was up 3 pounds :bcb_mad: I decided that I needed to get real serious. I am starting to bike ride at 7AM when my DH leaves for work. We have coffee together every morning.
Melodee great job on the determination, you'll get to your goal doing stuff like that on your trips. Have a great time with your fam.
My DH wanted to BBQ today so I am starting off with a sweet potato and filling up with that instead of his fattening burgers. I hope I stay within my points. Today I am kicking back, no exercising for me, I had a tiring week. (or is it just laziness?) :bcb_blush
have a great OP day.
Blessings,
Melissa

Lissa: who cares what your scale says when your clothes are 2 and 3 sizes smaller??? Girl, chunk that metal monster of yours!!!! You can still enjoy yourself when DH BBQ's. I always get some 93%lean ground beef and mix it with a packet of onion soup mix and always put some water on the meat to keep it moist. It is wonderful and only 7% fat and if you use 4oz, its only 4pts. Add a 1pt ww bun and some ff or rf chz and you have a great chz burger. Of course add all the zero pt fixins and voila!!

Melodee: We are definitely glad you joined us! Have fun at your mother in laws! Just do the best you can and get as many steps on your pedometer as possible. The magic daily number is 10000 steps so start making your way to that number. Add a little extra everyday and before you know it you will be at 10000!!!

Anna: so glad to hear from you and to know things are going well! Girl, you better try that Amy Bento! It is a long workout, but you can do different and shorter premixes!

Melissa: You know what you have to do! Look how great it worked out for you last week!! I love your avatar pic too! I need to take a cute pic of myself and put it up!

Ellen: A king sized bed is my next venture! I can't wait! I know you will enjoy it!

Cammie, Sheila, Christen(how was wi?), Connie and Abbie: I hope you all had a great weekend!

Anna--how the heck are you?? Haven't seen you in ages--is that your fault or mine? I just haven't been around much this month, but that should get better now that we're actually moved in, if not settled in. DD is moving to NY mid-August and going up next week to find an apt with her college roommate. Wish her luck! and me too, since we are paying for it for the first quarter. :bcb_huh:

Nikki--I'm getting back in the groove
Melissa--I will work on July goals tomorrow...
Melodee--welcome and hope your trip goes well.
