just posting my workouts for the week!
Friday 6/27-BIU, Turbo Sculpt, and TJ 20 min workout-DONE!!
Saturday 6/28- REST!
Sunday 6/29- Rockin it out, TJ 20 min, Ab ripper 200, Shred Level 1(8lb weights)-DONE!
Monday 6/30-BiU, Shred 2-DONE!
Tuesday 7/1-CP1 and Shred 3-didn't do any workout!
Wednesday 7/2-BiU, Shred 3, Ab ripper 200
Thursday-7/3-CP1, BiU, Ab ripper 200, Shred 2
Friday 7/4- Shred 3, CP1

Mon~lower body and CORE sculpting DONE
Tues~20 mile bike ride with DH and another couple DONE
Wed~upper body and 8 miles biking to and from work, plus maybe 6 miles at lunch? (my spedometer didn't seem right but I rode for 30 min) and abs! DONE
Thurs~15 mile bike, no biking today after all. burned out from the last two days. I will walk on both breaks though! 30 minutes total
Fri~lower body and CORE
Sat~20 mile bike

6/28 - 7/4
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 min C25k Week 2 & 200 crunches = 3aps = 3/40 DONE!
Monday - GYM - (45 min High, 30 min mod) 45 min H.I. cardio, 30 min weights & 200 crunches = 9 aps = 12/40 DONE!
Tuesday -GYM - (45min High, 45 min mod) 1 hour cardio, 30 min weights & 200 crunches & 30 min c25k walk / jog intervals = 13 aps = 25/40 DONE!
Wednesday - GYM - (30 min High, 30 min mod) 50 min cardio, 10 min abs = 7 aps = 32/40 DONE!
Thursday - 30 min c25k week 2 = 4aps / 200 crunches - 1ap / 30 min dancing = 1ap / TOTAL = 6aps = 38/40 DONE!
Friday - GYM - (45 min high, 45 min mod) 1 hour cardio, 30 min weights and crunches = 10aps = 48/40
