Good morning Ladies!
Hope you all had a good night.I did pretty good bowling and we won all our points .This is a different team than winters league and we beat the first place team last night.I think we were in 4th or 5th so we are on the move .I hope I do good this week end in chattanooga I am bowling in 2 different tournaments there.I weighed this morning and the scales said Im down another 1.5 lbs so I hope this is a good sign for next weeks WI.I seen a lady I havent saw in about 2 or 3 months last night and she said hey you are looking good what are you doing. It turns out she has started ww and also going to the gym.She was probally 300lbs just guessing She is short)And has lost 37 lbs so far.I am so glad for her.She said she feels better and I know what she means. She also asked if I ever cheat on my points(DUH Hasn't most of us?) I told her I do slip up but usally I use my extra points. She said she only does on tuesday because after her kids games they always have pizza and then she goes and worksout.Hey if I could only limit my mistakes to one night and then workout afterwards I would probally lose more.
Melissa: Onederland is calling you I know because we said we are doing this together. You will be getting there very soon.Keep up all the good work. You really keep me motivated.
Nikki:I didnt make the 6200 I only did 6050 but I will get on up there.

Good Morning Ladies,

I hope everyone had a great evening. Yesterday made 1 successful day under my belt. Last night I wanted to snack so bad but around 9 I got myself a big glass of lemon water with crushed ice and I was totally satisfied. That will be a new trick for me. I feel so much better physically and mentally. It's amazing how much better you feel when you eat right.

I wasn't able to get out to walk this morning and it will be too hot when I get back home so I may resort to a FIRM video today. I've planned out all my eating for the day so I should have no problem staying OP. Everything that was in my house and not OP went in the garbage yesterday. I had some cookies and to be sure I didn't go in the garbage to retrieve the package, I poured dishwashing detergent all over them. I so want to be successful with weight loss.

WTG Barbara on being down on the scale. Hopefully, you'll have a great W/I this week.

I'll check back later today but I hope you all have a great OP day!

Good morning buddies. The visit w/ mom was good. Monday night we went out to TGI Friday's so I was able to stay OP...but yesterday was a bit of a disaster by my standards. Breakfast and Lunch were completely non-core. But I made Core Chili last night and I'm well poised to finish the rest of the week POP. I need to focus this back in, life has been hectic the last week or so and I haven't been able to get my exercise in like I like.

I did get a couple new outfits yesterday and a bathing suite (tankini) w/ a really cute pink dress to wear as a coverup at the amusement park.

Barb: sounds like your friend is working the plan! Kudos to her! and WTG on the bowling.

Hi all –
I miss you guys and apologize for being MIA. I am thankful to say the last 2 days have been back on track for me. I had really fallen off the deep end – not tracking, not counting, not exercising, drinking too much, eating WAY too much, eating way too much processed and sugary foods. Enough is enough. My fingers are swollen so I can’t wear my wedding ring any more. My knees, feet, and hands hurt. UGH! Moving forward…back to more whole unprocessed foods, no alcohol, 20 oz. of coffee (instead of 40 - 60), working out with the FIRM and RIPPED every day.

Work has been very stressful. Yesterday was a 11.5 hour day…I am anticipating the same for the remainder of the week (except Friday). DH and I are leaving on Friday for vacation – 9 days of camping, golfing, and ATV riding. Just the two of us. It has been nice having DS away at camp – he has written to DD and says he hates it, which we would expect. It’s a camp for troubled kids – making bad decisions and hoping to help them learn better skills and make better choices. He’s in the middle of week 2 (out of 30 days) – I pray each day that he is open to the experiences and comes home with some new tools for living his life in the right direction.

Sorry, all I have GOT to get to work. I would so love to read all the posts, see how wonderful everyone has been doing. I did see a few if Nikki’s ‘shouts’ so I KNOW you are an incredible group of goal achievers. Keep up the GREAT efforts. I hope to be around more after my vacation.

****{HUGS to all}}}

Good morning all!

Barb - Thanks to you, I quit just thinking/talking about it and ordered msyelf a good pedometer. I had read about a yamax digiwalker that is just a basic step counter but very accurate. I figure it's a great investment at $23! Can't wait to see how many steps I average in a day. I'm guessing I'm way under your number. Sit too much of my day! All the more reason to get one and GET MOVING! Good idea to maybe even reward myself with one noncore meal each week but, I really do need to use my extra points a little each day.

Sheila - WTG! Getting all bad foods out. You're setting yourself up for success even if it means getting out the detergent to do it! You're going to do fantastic and I'm sure you feel better already!

Connie - Oh, it's wonderful to hear from you. I, too, had been dipping into the sugary and overprocessed foods too much. It really gets you in a rut doesn't it! Do what you can to take care of YOU and it sounds like you're doing that. I will pray for DS too. Things have gotten a little better with my 14 yr old except that he has a girlfriend now. That in itself isn't bad. I just wonder how long before they hook up druing the day when they're both home, bored. She lives w/in biking distance from our house and my son is very willing to travel to find recreation. Sigh....

So, the great news. I rode my bike to work! I met a friend where DS babysits and we rode the 4 - 5 miles together. Now, I get to ride back afterward. I feel energized, more cheerful, etc. It was AWESOME! I'm so excited, I'm thinking of trying to ride from my house tomorrow which is more like 12 miles!!! I just have to leave early to beat some traffic and have time to shower at work. It was hot already this a.m. and I was sticky when I got here. And, I'm already on day 3!

HAVE A GREAT OP DAY everyone and HI to all who post after me!

good afternoon ladies,

Well yesterday was NOT OP once again. I was perfect all day and then night time got the best of me again. So today, I did just as advised. I ate watermelon for breakfast, I had a Lean Cuisine pizza and salad for lunch. I had one WW cookie for 1pt and I will eat my dinner and planned snacks for late afternoon and evening planned in. I will use some of my aps that I will earn at the gym tonight and I should be able to stay OP today! WISH ME LUCK!

Barbara: Thanks for the encouragement. I hear Onederland calling my name and I'm hoping to get there in a few weeks. I CAN DO IT. Looks like you're doing GREAT with your bowling. Keep up the good work!

Sheila: You are my hero! XOXO Congratulations on coming up with an alternative for your late night snacking. Something I WILL do tonight, just because you did it, I can do it too....so thank you for that extra motivation to have a good night tonight!

christen: I"m glad that you enjoyed your time with your mom. YAY for new outfits and a new bathing suit! I'm sure you're totally POP today! :bcb_up

Connie: It's so good to hear from you. Many of us have been struggling so I'm glad that you came back. This is the place to be for the motivation and support that we need. XOXO

Cammie; WOOHOO for day three! That's so awesome that you rode your bike to work. You are on your way woman! Keep up the great work!

Nikki, Anna, Abbie Ellen, Lissa and anyone else I may have forgotten..... Hope you're having a good day today.

Ugh! The worst part about going off plan is it makes you crave bad stuff the next day :bcb_down Lets just say I need to earn 6 AP's tonight and I'll be able to say I was OP today...otherwise it's :bcb_kick:'s for me!

Hi guys. Just want to say I am hanging in there and doing okay OP wise. Not my greatest week ever but not too bad. I do think I will see a small loss this week. I want to apologize to everyone for not being around lately as usual. And also for not getting around to personal replies. Hopefully Friday will be the last day that I have so much else to think about and I can focus on this more. I truely have not been able to mentally handle one thing more than I have to take care of right now, so this has suffered.

So we have been told the case will be heard and finalized friday this week. We expect no major problems (crossing fingers and holding breath!) so mentally I will be back with you guys after that. And thank you again to everyone that has kept good thoughts!!!

And everyone here ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
