Good morning ladies,
Just here to quickly post that I gained 1.6 this morning. I knew it was going to be a gain so i'm okay with it. Next week is going to rock though. I've already gotten back on track, have worked my ass off this week in exercise and it's going to be the same this week too.
I'm off to the beach, be back tomorrow.
Stay OP this week ladies and enjoy the nice weather! XOXO

Melissa: I know you can bounce back from that! Have fun at the beach!
My eating is really going good today. I put the scale away!!! My goal is to keep it gone until my wi on Friday! It is funny because before I went to bed last night I went to step on it(just by habit) and it wasn't there. So I just went to bed! I can survive without it!
Have a great weekend everyone!
I almost forgot, I bought the WW choc chip cookies a while back and I just didn't like them. I said I would give the oatmeal and raisin a try if I ever found them. Well, I found them and GOD BLESS WW!!! They are awesome! That is my favorite type of cookie and its hard to find a low cal and low fat one that tastes good...this one is it! I am sold and for one point.... I had one and it was enough for me!

Hi ladies. My weekend is off to a slow start. Up .8 this morning. No biggie. I'm on a cleaning mission this weekend since my mom's coming to visit Monday night.

I bought some WW Oatmeal & Raisen last night. I decided to start on Saturday instead of Monday and my first priority is breakfast everyday. I was reading that if you are at a plateau, it may be because you are not eating breakfast. I am way too inconsistent with breakfast. 1 whole week does not a habit make... I remembered that I lost consistently when I was eating EVERY morning, this girl must learn. I hope that I like the Oatmeal cookies, but I will be limiting my carbs. Happy Sunday to you all!

Morning gals,
Melissa - You can definitely bounce from that no prob! and it sounds like you already have a great attitude heading into the next week, which is GREAT!! I mean, i cannot emphasize how great that is because it is how we react to setbacks that determines how successful we are in the end. And you are just rockin it.
Nikki - CONGRATS on the loss!! you are a FIREBALL!!! You put away that scale because you don't need it to tell you how fabulous you are and how you are melting away!!!
Missilissa - It's good that you're trying to incorporate breakfast more. That's such a great idea. I always think that if you start the day right, you'll end it right. I try to exercise in the morning every day and eat healthier to do that. The afternoons kill me, but I'm working through it.
Christen - All i can say is...CLEANING RACKS UP APs!!! lol
Abbie - Just to show you how far you've come (and also how stagnated I've been..lol), we are probably aiming to lose about the same amount of weight now (you a little bit less because you've been SO good!) and our pgw is very similar. woohoo!! I wanna catch up to you!
JC is working ok. It's tough eating the processed foods, but it IS working to curb my binges because I KNOW i have to step in front of the scale with my consultant next week and I DON"T want to see a plus. I am on a 1200 calorie plan, but i add some foods here and there because i'm also exercising. Friday was somewhat of a binge, but not NEARLY as bad as my previous ones, so i'm happy. And i'm down from 135 at my initial JC weigh in (albeit it was at night and i was bloated) to 127.6 this morning! wahoo!!!

WOW ANNA!! WTG! I am glad the binges are becoming less and less of an issue for you. I know you're not too fond of the processed foods, but it is just teaching you portion sizes and how you can still be full on a sufficient amount! You are doing great! That is ALmost a 10lb loss! AWESOME!!
Lissa: Tell me how you like the cookies! I am about to go and eat one now! You definitely need breakfast. Start small. You don't have to stuff yourself, but go for some yogurt or fruit or a cereal bar, breakfast cookie....anything like that. General Mills has an oatmeal and raisin breakfast cookie that is to die for. It tastes just like a cookie and it is huge. It is 5pts, but if it helps with you eating breakfast, I would try it.

Anna- that is so awesome, you are showing great losses! The whole stepping on the scale in front of someone has to be a MAJOR incentive!
Nikki- I loved the chocolate chip ones, but then I am a chocolate addict so it makes sense. Glad you found some you like though! I've eatten them for breakfast before with a peice of fruit and a glass of milk when I need to eat on the run. Tastes good and low pts!
Okay so tomorrow is court. I am a nervous wreck but trying not to think about it too much. Our lawyer says depending on how much "nonsense" the judge wants to allow it could take 15 minutes or it could take 2 days. I guess we will see. Anyway, I don't ask anyone to pray for a good outcome for me, but simply that the best thing for the boys happens. All I ask for me is that I am not threatened or intemidated like I have been in the past in these situations. Whatever the outcome, at the very least, it will be settled one way or the other so our lives wont be up in the air anymore. Once we know, good or bad, we can make plans for the future. So that is a relief!
To be honest, I am not going to give "dieting" a second thought today. Usually when I have these days I still end up being OP so I am not concerned. I just don't want to have anything else to worry about right now.
Now on a positive note.... I did buy an outfit to wear tomorrow....and I look skinny!lol Also while out I did try on a pair of size 4 jeans that fit. OMG, I didn't think that was ever possible! Currently I am wearing anything between a 4 and an 8 right now. I'd like to be a 4-6 in the end....so it is getting close!

Abbie - my thoughts are you for tomorrow. I totally understand the whole size thing. I'm between a 4 and 8 right now too, depending on brand. But i'd really like to get down to a 2-4 because that's where my body likes to "settle" at. I've gotten there and stayed there before, so i'd like to think that it is a doable size. I'm so excited for you!!!
Nikki - I love all of your food and DVD recs. Thanks to you, i also got the amy bento stuff. LOL! I have yet to try it though. It's the kickboxing one - the one you have a love / hate relationship with, i believe?:bcb_wink3
JC is an encouraging process, so it's nice. I think once i hit the low 120s, the binging will settle down. I think that as i gain, my binge modes just grow exponentially because of poor body image. So i'm trying to improve the mental part of this at the same time. That's always harder. But i'm going to do it.

Hello Ladies,
Sorry I've been MIA! It's been a rough 2 weeks for me. I've been sick with a sinus infection and just sorta let the binge demons take over again. I feel MISERABLE and I HAVE to get back on track because I just hate feeling this way. I am SO FAT and none of my clothes fir anymore. I also got discouraged when I went in for a check up 2 Friday's ago and my Blood Pressure was still elevated and my dr increased my meds. I was so disappointed with myself because I weighed more this time that I did on my last visit! I know this is a very serious disease and I know I have to lose around 70 pounds to get healthy but it just seem so impossible. I am cleaning all the junk food out of my kitchen and from this point forward, I will be OP! Tomorrow will be a great day and I will get up early and get my workout in. Last week I ouly worked out 1 day and that is not good! I've taken a deep breath and regrouped and am ready for tomorrow!
Nikki - I'm with you, I don't really care for the WW choc chip cookies either. I have the oatmeal ones but haven't tried them.
Hope everyone is having a great Sunday!

Anna: I love to share good finds! I got involved with beachbody and have been on some killer workout rotations lately. I think that is what contributed greatly to my loss this past week. I am doing a Turbo Jam, Slim in 6, Jillian's Shred, and power 90 ab routine rotation. Whipping my butt into shape!!!LOL!! I hope you try Amy Bento soon and that you love/hate her as much as I do!
Sheila: I am glad you are back, but I am giving you :bcb_kick::bcb_kick: because High BP is a serious disease. My mother and father have it and my grandmother had it and died of a massive heart attack. Not trying to scare you but you know how serious it is. I am more concerned with your health than anything. I know 70lbs seems impossible because it seemed impossible to me at first, but WHATEVER you need me to do to keep you accountable, i am here. I can help you with an exercise routine that will incorporate all your vids, or help you with your menus....WHATEVER!!! Let's take it one day at a time and focus on 5lbs at a time. Once you meet that 5lbs, we can move on to the next. How does that sound? Girl,I know you can do this because you have done it before. Onederland is calling you!!!!
Abbie: I am praying for you and your family for court tomorrow!! ARE U KIDDING ME??? 4's!!!! You are incredible. I can only dream 4's. I don't know that I will ever see that number, but I am definitely in for getting into some 6's once I hit my goal weight and get to my goal body!
The scale is still away for now, but I am really pumped about changing my body so I am killing the exercise this week so the inches can fly off!!!

Hey ladies,
I'm back from the beach and I had a blast! DBF and I went up Saturday morning and it was a perfect day out. We walked the entire beach and all the way out to the jeddi (Jetti? sp?) Anyway, we met up with a good friend of his and his wife. We went out to dinner and then went to see Dr. Dirty John Valby at the Hampton Beach Casino. HILARIOUS!! I'm still trying to even figure out how many points I ate this weekend. I ate out every time so I have no idea, but i'm going to try to estimate the points on DWLZ. I ate a plain, multigrain bagel for breakfast, burger and french fries for lunch, 2 pieces of bread, salad, a little ziti and haddock for dinner. Caramel corn, 1 tiny chocolate pretzel and a few drinks at the show. I walked 11 miles and my WW pedometer told me that I earned 10aps.
DBF and I got a hotel and stayed the night. Walked all the way to the OTHER end of the beach at night (very nice and romantic) and then got some M.E.'s in and had a great night sleep! Got up this morning at 8am and did my c25k walk/jog along the beach. DBF did it with me and it was great. We went to a cute little cafe and sat outside on the deck and ate pancakes and 3 pieces of bacon :bcb_blush then for lunch/dinner I had pizza. I didnt' eat any snacks in between anything and I only ate 2 meals today. Didn't stick to my healthy 8's but did another 6 miles of walking, plus my walk/jog this morning for 30 minutes and 100 crunches. If I can't figure out my points for everything i'm just going to take away all my waps for the week and I should be okay. I did sooooo much walking and earned a total of 18 aps the past two days per my pedometer! WOW!!! My legs are sore! Today, after breakfast, we walked and then sat in our beach chairs and just enjoyed the ocean. I got some GREAT color!!! Then a storm came rolling in around 2pm and we ran to my car and got there just before the rain came. It was a great weekend together, just the two of us, with no kids! WOOHOO!!
I hope everybody enjoyed their weekend! I know that some of us have been struggling and some of us have been really busy in our lives. Hopefully things will get on track for us and we can really have some great losses over the summer and for our up and coming second edition of TBL! I'm excited that it's summer!! Have a great night everybody and I'll be sure to have a plan, come tomorrow! XOXO
Sheila: I'm so happy to see you girl. I was wondering how you were doing! ((((hugs)))) this weight loss thing is not easy. As long as you've been MIA I've been struggling with the same few lbs. I have been going up and down from 205 - 208 for the past month or so. UGH!!! Frustrating! Let's do this. I need to do the "night time" snacking challenge BIGTIME!!! I also have to hit my healthy 8's and plan, plan, plan everything! I'm happy I'm out of work right now, so I can fit in some SERIOUS exercise now! YIPEE!! I earned 39 aps last week. WOOWWEEEE! You can do it girl, i'm here for you!!! We aren't too far from eachother, about 7lbs and Onederland is calling us! XOXO
Anna: I"m glad that JC is getting you on track and controling the binging somewhat! I'm routing for you girl, and i'm so happy your back posting wtih us!
Abbie: I'll be thinking of you while you're at court tomorrow! I know exactly what you're going through, we've had our chat about our common EX issues. I hope all goes well for the children's sake. They are the ones that really suffer through all of this. Hoping she doesn't threaten or make you feel uncomfortable either! SOOO happy that you are looking good, Just tell her "eat your heart out BEEYATCH!!! " LOL. 4's? That is incredible. I have NEVER been in a 4. Even in my best shape ever, with my six pack abs, when I was younger, I was in an 8. That's pretty much the lowest my body type can go down too. I"m very tall and muscular...but man, oh man, to be in an 8 again, would be WONDERFUL. Congrats!!!
Nikki: Good for you putting the scale away for the week! Be strong girl! I like getting my workout done in the morning, so that's my plan for the week, to get to the gym, or go hike, or bike ride and do it earlier in the day so I can relax at night! My legs are sooo sore from all this walking and my SERIOUS workout regimen from last week. TOM should be gone in a day or two and i'm hoping the scale adjusts and goes down for me this week! *fingers crossed*
christen: UGH...both of us had a gain, but we'll both kick butt this week. Hope you enjoy your time with your mom!
Okay, i'm exhausted and I've got to go to bed. be back tomorrow with a plan! :bcb_up
