I wanted to go ahead and post my new workout schedule for the upcoming week.

Sun- Shred 1-DONE!, TJ Booty Sculpt, -DONE!(3APs)
Mon- TJ CP1, Shred 2, Ab ripper 200(6APs)-DONE!
Tue- BiU-DONE!, Ab ripper 200(5APs)
Wed- CP1 and TJ AbJam and Shred 1(7APs)
Thu- BiU, TJ Ab Jam and Shred 2(8APs)
Fri- Turbo Sculpt TJ CP1
Sat- REST

I'm right there with you Nikki! Since tomorrow is the first day of my week, I will post my plan for the week too. I did 6/7 days last week and earned 39aps, so this week I have to do that much or more. I think I'll keep my goal of 40 aps for the week, and an extra goal will be not to eat all the aps that I earn!

Saturday - Walking at beach, on boardwalk, nighttime beach walk,etc.) Pedometer = 11miles- 10 aps. DONE! 10/40
Sunday - 8am c25k walk/jog intervals 30 min , another 7 miles walking on beach and board walk = 6aps DONE! 16/40
Monday - GYM - 30 min High cardio (arc trainer), 45 min weights( chest, triceps, back, biceps, thighs) = 8 aps
Also did 200 crunches = 1ap TOTAL 9 aps DONE!! 25/40
Tuesday -No hike today due to DS's sleepover. 30 min walk w/ friend and 30 min C25k week 2 = 6aps DONE! 31/40
Wednesday - Gym -30 min High (arc trainer) - 40 min Moderate (weights and abs) = 8 aps DONE! 39/40
Thursday - GYM - 45 min high (arc trainer and elliptical) - 45 min moderate (treadmill, weights/abs) = 10aps
Friday - Morning Hike (after Dentist Appt.) =

We'll see if I get this done. God knows I have plenty of time to do it since I'm home all day. But a day trip might come up and I may change things up a bit. I'm sure I'll have no trouble earning 40 aps though. :bcb_up

Next week DH is starting a 4am work schedule...so we'll be going to bed super early and I'm going to try to keep the same schedule as him and get up at 4 for the gym/run...should be interesting...it'll be awesome if I can pull it off b/c I LOVE going to the gym when it isn't very busy. I am going to do a couple extra workouts on this strength stage since I don't feel I've been 100% committed to it....then take a couple extra days off before moving to the next stage.

Sunday - Cleaned all day (12 hours)
Monday - rest - visiting w/ mom
Tuesday - rest - visiting w/ mom (may be able to get to the gym in the evening)
Wednesday - Strength St3 A1
Thursday - run
Friday - Strength St3 B1
Saturday - Leisure activity

My activity goals for the week

Mon - Walk & Mow Lawn - DONE
Tue - Walk - DONE
Wed - FIRM - DIDN"T DO
Thur - Walk - DONE
Fri - Walk
Sat - FIRM
Sun - Rest

Here's my plan. I've GOT to exercise so I can get this metabolism going again. :kickbutt:
Mon - 20 mile bike ride with friends and DH (walking on breaks) DONE
Tues - upper body lifting DONE wanted to do a little extra but at least I made sure to complete the upper body..the Body for Life required WO for the day!
Wed - 12 mile bike ride DONE (only about 8 though...decided to do a longer ride tomorrow so am saving up)
Thurs - lower body on breaks
Fri - 12 mile bike ride DONE did this Thursday and will do lower body Fri
Sat - 15 - 20 mile bike PLUS upper body
Sun - pilates

I plan to stretch each evening before bed. It may be hard to remember at first. My sculpt days will be done at work but I am choosing bike riding as my primary cardio excercise so those days I will probably walk on breaks. I am doing a Body for Life exercise program for these 12 weeks. It did wonders for me before and I keep wanting to do it. NOW IS THE TIME!!!
