Good morning everyone,
TGIF!I had a pretty good day yesterday.I bowled good last night so that made me feel better.Dgd wears a 13/14 in pants so yesterday I told her to let me try a pair of hers own and Guess what? They fit and looked pretty good.I didnt like them because of the low waist thing though but was proud to be able to wear them. She said she really didnt think I would fit in them.(LOL)So I cleaned out my closet again and let go to some more security clothes. My step D is losing weight so I pass everything down to her.I sent her about 20 more jeans.I wore clothes that fit me to bowl last night and recieved several compliments on how much weight I lost.Even this older man(72 yold) I bowl with on tuesday nights was there and said I can tell you really have lost weight. He never says anything usally I guess I wear my big clothes all the time so no one notices.Any way enough about me How are all of you?:D
Melissa Don't you love to paint? It also gives you a pretty good work out.Hope you enjoy the summer break.
Have a great day everyone! :bcb_march:bcb_march

G'mornin' all! Yesterday's breakfast seminar was core friendly (fruit and eggs) so that was good, the eggs didn't even taste too buttery. Then we were supposed to go to Bravo for lunch but I got majorly lost so I ended up heading back home after an hour of roaming around Cincinnati...I really need to get my GPS maps updated. For a late lunch around 3:00 I split half a turkey wrap w/ DH, not horrible but not core friendly, but like hte first chunk of WPA's this week so I'm not too worried about it. I had such a headache and was so drained when I got back to Dayton I just decided to finish the day off from home.
My mom is coming up Tuesday to spend the day w/ me and I'm taking it off work. I really need to clean this weekend and especially get the spare room in order :bcb_blush It was all clean when I invited her to come up...but that was like a whole two weeks ago.
Barb: Way to go on the NSV's yesterday!

Heres's something else that happened yesterday.A women I know thats not been very nice lately and I am not that fond of starting talking to me yesterday about my weight. She said she wants to lose at least 20 more lbs and I said I had a lot more to go.She said well I want to fit in 12's I told her I would like to get back to size 9/10 and she said well those days are over for both of us lets face it .I said they may be over for you but not me.I think by this time next year I will be there. And she just kinda laughed at me.I didnt say anything else because Last week I know she had a breakdown and threatened to kill herself. It was terrible but she don't know I know about it.Any way Thats the first time she actually talked to me in months even though I see her regularly. She also said She had a stack of size 14 capris if I would like them.I guess she is trying to change.I prayed for her and her family last week because she has 3 children.Anyway just thought I would share.IMO I know i can lose this weight I have went from a 22-15 now 14 so Im not quittting.

Good morning ladies,
Well yesterday I earned a total of 6aps for the day. Got in 45 minutes at the gym (bike, abs, back, biceps and shoulders) for 3aps and then when I got home I took a short 15 min bike ride for 1ap and did a 30 min walk/jog after dinner for 2 more aps. WOOHO! I was POP and it felt great!
TOM is on it's way out, so i'm hoping that it won't be too bad for weigh in tomorrow. I know it probably won't be a loss, but i'm hoping to keep the gain under 1lb. Then next week I will have a HUGE Loss, i'm motivated and determined to do it! I WILL MAKE GOAL!!!
Today I don't have much planned. DS has a baseball game at 5:30 and his dad is supposed to come over around noon to get DS's go kart and bring it over to his mom's house so DS and his brothers can ride it. We'll see if he follows through! DS is sleeping at his dad's tonight and then DBF and I have all day tomorrow to spend together. I really hope he gets the Red Sox tickets today, if not, we'll go to the beach and have a great day together anyway!
Hope everyone has a great day today! I think I may go for a hike for a few hours before DS gets out of school. TOday is his last day and he has a 1/2 day.
Christen: Glad that the breakfast was core. I know you were concerned and i'm glad it worked out for you. Although your turkey wrap wasn't core, at least it was a good choice. YOu could have made a much worse choice, but it wasn't. GOOD FOR YOU!! Too bad you got lost and coulnt' make lunch. OH well, maybe next time!
Barbara: WOOHOO on all the NSV's yesterday. Fitting into DGD's 14's must have been a GREAT feeling! I'm almost into a 14 myself. I can squeeze into them, but they are still a bit tight to wear in public. Hopefully by the end of summer I"ll fit comfortably into a pair of 14's.

Abbie: (((((Skinny vibes)))) for your wi!! You are soo close to your pgw!!! Keep it up! I am also praying for you and your family for Monday and everything to go in the best interest for the boys...meaning to be with you and DH!
Barb: We have people that don't believe in theirselves and since they don't believe in theirselves they don't believe in others around them. You believe in yourself so that craziness can't rub off on you. I know she is going through a tough time and putting others down is how she is coping right now, but you know what you can do because you are doing it! Great job on getting into those 13/14s!!!!
Melissa: Great job on your POP day! Look, we have to set our goals AGAIN for the new challenge, but this time MAKE them! I was supposed to make it the 150s and you were to make it to ONEDERLAND!! Our focus is back and we will be doing that....EARLY in the challenge I might add! Let's get this weight off once and for all!
Christen: Great job at keeping things in control! You are doing an awesome job!
Misslissa, Judy: How are things going for you ladies?
Anna: Missed you soooo much! I am glad you are still hanging in there. Please come to post often.
Cammie, Sheila, Connie!!!!!!!!!! We miss you so much and need you to survive!!!!!!! come on back or out of lurkville!!!
Finally, after 3 weeks of going up on the scale, I was focused this week and lost 2.6lbs!!!! I am going to keep going. If I can lose a lb a week I will be really happy!

Well I got back from the gym about 3o min ago and earned 9aps. I have beening working out really hard and really doing a nice High impact cardio on the arc trainer. I also ran 14 min out of the 30 min I did on the treadmill. I did two miles with walk/jog intervals in 29:45. I usually do a 17 min mile so that is a great improvement for me!
Nikki: I am totally focused and have a new found motivation. It's great to be home and focused on me now. I love it! Granted I have alot of things planned for the summer, but i'm going to really workout hard when I do workout...no more leisurely walks, i'm powering it up! I want to be out of the 200's once and for all! We can do this! We'll see what tomorrow brings, with TOM and a few bad days this week, it could possibly be a small gain, but as long as it's under 1lb I will be okay and next week, it will be a GREAT loss!
Barb: People can be so annoying. Of course you will be in a size 12. Who is she to say you won't be? I can't wait until you show her! YOU GO GIRL! I was in a 20 and i'm now a 16 almost 14. WE will be in those 10's one day! You wait and see!
Off to take a shower and find a nice healthy lunch. Have a great day ladies. Get moving, drink that water and stay OP! XOXO

Well ladies I am happy to report I had a nice surprise at WI this morning. Apparently my scales have gotten slightly off at home, so my loss was a little larger than I expected. I was down -2.8 this week and I am thrilled! Three weeks left for vacation (and to finish maintenance) and I have 3 lbs to get to my personal goal. In all honesty, I know my personal goal is going to change, but right now I can only focus on about 5lbs at a time so I am still saying 129, though I know I really want to be in the low 20's ultimately. I guess we all have to play these little mental games with ourselves sometimes. But hey, if it gets us there in the end whatever works right?lol
Dh and I have to go to a meeting shortly so I need to run but I will do my best to get to personal's tonight, lots I want to comment on. I am so proud of everyone!

Good morning, Ladies! Yesterday I had the Spring cleaning bug (a bit late). I bought 2 closets for my bedroom and installed them. I worked from morning to night redearranging my bedroom to fir the new closets, etc. How do you count those kind of points? I was BEAT! It is like painting. Barb, I loveto paint, especially ladder work because it is a built in exercise for me, it's the best thigh exercise on the planet for me anyways... I was drywall mudding Mon & Tues night for about 3-4 hours and my arms wanted to detach themselves when I was done.
I hope you all have a wonderful day today. I haven't been truly OP this week, so I am going to start with a bang on Monday. I still maintained, but my consolation is that even though I don't lose very easily, I don't gain it but VERY gradually either.
Blessigs to you all! :bcb_bigsm

Nikki and Abbie, You gals truly are Goal Getters! Way to go, you bog losers. :bcb_wink3 Keep it up! Abbie, what are your maintenance plans?, Nikki, i couldn't help but notice that you are less than 20 pounds from your goal, AWESOME! You gals are buring it up! WOOHOO!
Barb, Unfortunately life gives us bitter people in our lives sometimes. My heart goes out to this woman. That she has lost her faith is so unfortunate. It sounds like to me, you took the higher ground and kept your peace. I am so proud of you and I will gt to see it when you reach your goal! I thought my 9-10 days were over and decided it was time to try something different. WW, all the way, baby.:bcb_LOL:
Melissa, You could be a motivational speaker, I swear! You inspire me. Here I am having a non-OP week and you are realigning your priorities and moving forward in your exercises and down in your weightloss (ultimately). Thanks for the inspiration!
Christen, How is the bulking going? I still wish I could bulk to lose. I love to eat, let's face it, food is good. I read your posts and you are tenatious like Melissa. You are going to have a finely toned bikini body really soon.
Judy, Sheila, Anna, Connie, Cammie, I am looking forward to reading about how you are all doing. We are here for you, post so we can sheer you on.
I'll try to be a good girl and get back on the OP bandwagon. I have been busy working at drywalling and even though I am sure my AP's are up, my eating hasn't been consistent. I keep forgetting to eat breakfast!!! :bcb_mad2 Out of sight, out of mind. :bcb_confu I am going to get through this weekend, buy some good cereals, yogurt and fruit and try harder...
HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND YOU LOVELY WOMEN OF WW THAT ARE GETTING THINNER BY THE WEEK AND REACHING YOUR GOALS!
Melissa

Abbie & Nikki Way to go on those amazing losses!!!!
missilissa : DH is still struggling to get in as much food as he's supposed to, but his energy levels are up since he's increased his intake. We took before pictures of him, but forgot to do measurements, so his gains (or lack of) after a month will be a little subjective, but after a week of bulking he hasn't lost his 6-pack so it's deffinately much needed "fuel". I did better eating more last week than I've done this week...I expect the scale to e up this week (esp after yesterday and today) and since last week was a big loss. Eating more is deffinately better for me, but a pain in the behind to pack all that food and bring it to work with me.
