Good morning goal getters!
Boy everyone must be enjoying the summer.I can't believe no one gets on here in the mornings!
I don't usally get on on week-end's because I usally am super busy with family doing outside activites.DH wanted to golf for fathers day so me,him and both ds's went.It was fun except for a big yellow dog that would hide in the bushes and run and get your ball and run away with it.Dh chased that crazy dog all over.I grilled for most of the wekend so I ate better.Friday I had a toothache all day no dentist open so I am taking antibotics and it does feed better.I have been doing the wi fit every day and some of it is challenging.Wi is tommorrow so cross your fingers for that.(LOL)
Melissa I read your mothers tips and they are great. Thanks for posting them.Hope you all had a great week end!

Good Morning Barb!! Sounds like you had a great weekend! (((skinny vibes))) for your wi tomorrow!!!
Today is going to be a great OP day! I am happy to have completed my first day of a new 4 week rotation schedule and I will be OP with my eating as well. I have already taken my vitamins out and will take them after I eat my breakfast. I swear when I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror, I sucked my stomach in and could see the working of some abs!!!! I am getting excited!!!!!

Good morning Nikki & Barb
My meal plan is posted in the food journal. I did well over the weekend plan wise. My treats on Saturday weren't as extravagant as usual. Got all our grocery shopping done which was twice as much as usual since DH is going on a bulking diet, which he's enjoying.
Caught up on the WE thread...you guys got a little chatty last night :) I'm all for daily accountability, heck I'm always here, it makes the cube torture much more bareable. So here's to a great week for all!

OK, I just reviewed my goals...OUCH on the getting up in the mornings to run. I'm really going to focus on this at least 2 days this week. Even if i means going to bed early I need to pry myself off the sheets in the morning!

Good morning Barb, Nikki, And Christin,
I am going back to the gym today, I think that the leg is healed enough. Fortunately I didn't have again, other than the one that happens throughout the day; why does that happen?
Barb, your weekend sounds like mine, gone constantly. You must love your weekends with your family, what a great time you have with them.
Nikki, ABS!?! You go girl, how awesome is that! I think that abs wil be the last thing that I see happen on my body because of the C-section that I had, but I am still trying.
Christen, do you plan your meals weekly or daily? I only wing it on a daily basis. I can't imagine planning out each days meals, teach school-all subjects, and do all the daily things that I have to do. Is it that easy or is it a difficult discipline that you make yourself do? I think it is great how some of you post constantly on you daily foods. I lack the discipline.
Well gals, wish me luck at the gym. I walked 2 miles on Saturday and my leg was throbbing. Hopefully I am recovered enough today.
Blessings,
Melissa

Melissa: I plan my week out. I always have pretty much the same thing for breakfast, and then I plan out my weekly dinners (a set of tried and true recipes and then a couple new ones thrown in) and my lunches are always left overs from he night before....so really the only thing I have to think about is my list of dinners for the week, and those all take pretty basic ingredients. I find having a plan ahead of time takes the guess work out of it and makes it a mindless effort through the week....plus my kitchen is well stocked with things I know I can work into my plan.

Missy, I was looking at your goals and that you are having trouble with getting your breakfasts in. It doesn't have to be something heavy or big. A glass of juice, a little cup of yogurt with or without fruit or just an apple. I think it is important that you get SOMETHING in you for breakfast. Your body has been on a fast since your last meal and all through the night so it is very important to BREAK the FAST!!! Just try an apple in the morning. Once you start eating breakfast on a regular, your body will start asking for it on the regular!! I hope this helps!

I WILL GET UP IN THE MORNING FOR A RUN!!!! NO EXCUSES THIS TIME!!!! .... please kick my butt if I don't get up for a run tomorrow...please! :bcb_cry:

Wow busy day here! Great to see- and sorry it is so late for me to finally get around to posting. Things have been crazy busy getting ready for court this coming Monday. HOPEFULLY things will be settled once and for all this time. Things are looking really good on that front, however they have looked good in the past and we have been very surprised so I am not getting too positive about the outcome yet. All I can do is prepare my part and pray for a the best outcome possible for the kids.
So things have been going well here. Still very slack on the exercise front though as I got a pile of work dumped in my lap that will require several more hours still of work and meetings today and tomorrow with our lawyer unexpectidly. BUT eatting wise things are going well. I stayed at 21 pts today and got in MOST of my healthy 8's....didn't get the oils in but everything else was good. Also this morning for some reason after weighing my heaviest since making goal I dropped like 3-4 lbs down to my lowest since getting to goal. Who knows what is going on there- I will just have to wait and see what it settles into later this week. It is almost TOM though so I think the ups and downs could be due to that.
I am so proud of you all for your great work this week!
Barb- sounds like you had a great weekend and that you are getting tons of exercise in!
Nikki- I am jealous that you have AB's- YAY you!
Christen- great loss this week and with all your planning it is easy to see why!
Missilissa- Glad to hear you are ready to go back to the gym, let us know how it goes!
Melissa- You sound like you are getting back into the swing of things! And yes we have to keep eachother motivated and accountable. We can do this together!!!
Hi, Hi, Hi, everyone else.....looking forward to hearing from you soon!
