Monday-Slim in 6 Burn it Up-DONE!, Ab ripper 200(4APs)-DONE! 20 mins of Rockin Body(2APs)-DONE!
Tuesday- TJ Cardio Party 1Jillians Level 1 Shred(6APs)-DONE!
Wednesday-Burn it Up, Ab ripper 200(5APs)-DONE!
Thursday-Turbo Jam Cardio Party, Slim in 6 Burn it Up(30 min), Ab ripper 200-DONE!
Friday-Turbo Jam Cardio Party and Level 2 Shred(6APs)
Sat-REST or Slim and Limber

Saturday - 45 min walk, 100 crunches = 3aps DONE!
Sunday - 30 min walk, abs= 3aps DONE!
Monday -Gym - 45 min high intensity cardio = 8aps DONE!
Tuesday - REST! Party at Principals house, no time to exercise. DONE!
Wednesday -Gym 1 hour cardio(45 min high, 15 min mod), 30 min weights, abs = 10aps DONE!
Thursday - 45 min gym = 3aps, 15 min bike ride - 1ap, 30 min walk/jog = 2aps TOTAL = 6aps DONE!
Friday - Gym - 70 minutes (40 min high cardio, 20 min mod cardio & 10 min doing 200 situps) = 9aps DONE!
Total 39 aps

This weeks focus is on getting up Tuesday and Thursday for morning runs. One down, one to go. :bcbkickbu
Monday - Strength St3 B3 - DONE!
Tuesday - Morning Run - 2miles - DONE!
Wednesday - Strength St3 A4 - DONE!
Thursday - REST
Friday - Strength St3 B4
Saturday - Leisure activity

Since today is my last day of my week I am happy to report that I got in 6/7 days of exercise and earned 39aps for the week! I'm feeling good. Now, my goal for next week is to earn that many aps or more, and not eat all the aps I've earned! :bcb_up
