Well ladies, I've let you and myself down today with my eating. YUCK, YUCK, YUCK. I had a plan and didn't even stick to it one bit. Well I stuck to the lunch and the dinner, but had a million things in between. I had a wicked migraine and because of that had a coke and totally overate. I don't know why, but every time I get a migraine, I think that eating will make it go away, and it usually does. GO FIGURE!!! DAMN THINGS!!!! Anyway, today will be a better day. I did go to the gym and do a 45 min High Intensity cardio session. My heart rate was up in the 150's almost the entire time! EArned 8aps to offset my binge a little bit and used the rest of my waps...but still went over by alot of points.
