Well, I have officially started back counting points as of yesterday and I did really well. Of course the weekend is here and I tend to use the majority of my WPAs during the weekend. I am back to following Wendies, so let's hope this works out for me. I am still doing Power 90 and at the end of the 30 days I will decide if I need to up my exercise.

I wi'd this morning and I am UP 1.7lbs. I expected it so I am not devastated. I just know what I need to do. I am going to go to the grocery store sometime this weekend so I will fill up on all the things I need to be successful.

Good Morning. I'm all out of food at home so planning today is a bit of a stretch. DH is going to try out a "bulking" diet next week so our grocery bill will be through the roof this week. He needs to eat more than double what I eat...it'll be interesting to see what happens, it's my new little project :bcb_happy It'll help me stay focused too. We're going to do before and after pics and everything. I've convinced him that more good food are the answer and not a bag of pretzel mix and a frozen pizza:bcb_up

Workout was good last night. This stage is weird b/c it's exausting but I never feel it the next couple days...maybe I'm just eating better so my body is able to handle it...but I miss my sore muscles.

W/I tomorrow, so wish me luck.

Nikki: Have fun at the grocery, nothing better to keep you on track than a well supplied kitchen!

Well ladies, I had little sleep last night. Stupid me rented Juno and didn't put it on until about 11:30pm. It was really good and I think I turned the TV off and went to bed around 1am. 6:15am came really early this morning. YUCK!! I'm glad it's the weekend. Tomorrow will be a fun relaxing day. I have weigh in tomorrow morning (which will most likely be a gain, looks like about 2lbs. UGH!!!) Then DS has a baseball game at 9am and then my nieces have a double birthday party. They chose to hvae their birthday party together this year. They are two weeks apart in age and they wanted a pool party. My brother is also renting a bounce house, so we'll be hanging at my brothers all day. Sudnay is Father's day and since I don't really have anything to do with my father and DBF is staying out in his neck of the woods i'm free. Especially because DS's father is up visiting. I"m hoping that he takes DS for the day and my friend and I can maybe go to the beach. That is my hope for Sunday.

I only have 2 1/2 days left of school and the kids are behaving for the most part, so it will be easy. I really have to focus on getting in my exercise and staying OP next week. I have no time for personals again because my DS wants to go to Panera bread for dinner before his game. So I gotta run. Promise to post a little mroe often and spend time on personals more often since I'll be home more...very soon! Have a great night and an OP weekend! XOXO

Nikki: My weigh in is tomorrow morning, but this morning I was up 1.8. So i'm in the same boat as you....but I know what i Have to do, and this week i'm doing it!!! :bcb_up I wanted to be on Onederland so badly by the end of June! :bcb_mad2

Christen: Have fun bulking DH up! LOL (((((Skinny vibes)))) For weigh in! I need them for tomorrow too....although, at this point, all the skinny vibes in the world won't give me a loss, but it's my own fault.

to you weekend WI's. I hope you all are unexpectedly surprised. It is probably smarter to have a WI on Saturday versus Monday. I seem to always creep up after my weekend. Bulking up for guys... why do all the good stuff work for them and we have to sacrifice. My DH thinks a diet and he loses 5-10 lbs...:bcb_huh:
