MONDAY 6/9
Stage 3 b2 - 3 sets, 6 reps, 105 sec rests (reps/weight) - 50 minutes
A - Barbell Romanian Deadlift Row - w-7/40, 7/50, 6/60, 8/60
B1 - Partial 1-leg Squat - 6/25, 6/40, 6/40
B2 - Wide Grip Pulldown - 10/stack (no#'s)...Assisted pull-up 6/-110, 6/-110
C1 - Back Extension - 6/10, 6/25, 6/25
C2 - YWTL (DB's) - 6/5, 5/8, 6/5
15 minutes cardio intervals on the treadmill

I Pressed Play to Power 90 Sculpt 1-2-DONE!
I Pressed Play to Power 90 Sweat 1-2-DONE!
I walked 1.83 miles with the family-DONE!

Stage 3 A3 - 3 sets, 6 reps, 105 sec rests (reps/weight)
A - One Arm DB Snatch - w-6/10, 6/20, 6/25, 4/30
B1 - DB 1-leg Romanian Deadlift - 6/20, 6/20, 6/25
B2 - Barbell Bent Over Row - 6/55, 6/65, 6/70
C1 - DB 1-Arm Overhead Squat - 6/10&20, 6/15&30, 6/15&30
C2 - DB Incline Bench - 6/20, 6/25, 7/25
Reverse Wood Chop - 6/40, 6/50, 6/60
Will take care of the accompanying core and body weight exercises in the morning.

Yesterday I did Power 90 Sweat 1-2 and AB ripper 100-DONE!
Today is Day 12 for Power 90 and I am doing Sculpt 1-2-DONE! and Turbo Jam Cardio Party tonight
