I here and doing well! Got in 50 minutes of strength last night and 15minutes of run intervals on the TM. Skipped out on abs b/c the gym was just too busy, I'll make these up tonight. Haven't figured out what exercise I'm going to do tonight, may go to the gym w/ DH and just do cardio in the theatre room. It's raining today but it's supposed to cool off when it's done so that's good.

I'm back again after a week at my church's annual conference. I've been gone too much lately and am ready to get back to some normal living. I didn't do too well with all the prepared meals but the exercise and staying away from junk food helped me stay the same! Now...on to losing again!:bcbkickbu

LOL Now I know how your students feel Ms. Melissa- you sure are bossy! (KIDDING), but present- so put a check by my name. I do agree with what you've said. And I know summer is a busy time, but we have to make ourselves a priority- regardless of how things get crazy around us. We are worth it. Being healthy is worth it.....not to mention those small size clothes that are so fun to shop for are worth it!
As for me, I am more in a miantenance mode this week mentally but will after tomorrows WI switch back to full weight loss mode at least for a few weeks until vacation. As of this morning I was up .2. DH always reminds me as I moan and groan about it that I am always up early in the week and then by some miracle it falls the day of or day before WI, so I am still hopefull of a small loss this week.
So I am off today and plan on hitting the mall. Not the one I work at the next nearest one- I hate going to work on my day off- but I love shopping! And then this evening my son is coming home after 9 days of visiting my parents in NC. He would love to stay up there the entire summer, but because I am a mean mom I make him come home for a few weeks and then let him go back. Even if he is too big to miss me now I still miss him!

Abbie, I'm always up in weight early week too, it's so weird, even on the weeks I have a big loss. I think it's b/c I w/i first thing in the morning all week, but don't w/i 'til 12:00 on Saturday's so my body releases overnight water weight or something.

I am here!! RESTARTING....AGAIN!! Don't really know what is going on with me, but I have to get a grip today. I binged yesterday. ANYWAY, today is a new day and I am going to lose weight starting today once and for all!!! I think it will help that I don't have too many special occasions coming up in the next few weeks either.

Nikki- glad you are here! You are so close to your goal, it's time to make a final push. I know you can do it!!!
Christen- wierd isn't it? I realized that I counted wrong and I actually have two days till wi, so I should be able to get a loss in. DH always laughs at me because I will get down about my weight and then a few days later sometimes I have a great loss.

Nikki: Good to have you back!! Have you been running? I've been slacking big time and the heat isn't helping. I did some intervals on the TM last night and it felt good to get my legs moving so I'm reinspired to try to beat this heat somehow, even if it does mean running on the TM.
Does anyone else ever get down when looking at old pictures? I was just going through my wedding pics and I just HATE that I didn't find WW before my wedding. I've only lost 15lbs, but the difference is pretty drastic and I hate wishing I looked the way I do now last fall when we got married bcb_sad I know I should rejoice in how far I've come (and I do) but it just sucks that I can't photo shop the new me into those photos :bcb_grin
Oh and the other day I tried on the original wedding dress I had bought that I never fit into. Fits like a glove now, felt pretty good too.

Christen: I know how you feel about wishing you had found WW before you got married. I am in the same boat. But, DH agreed to retake our wedding photo once I made it to goal. No, it is not the same, but I want to see how great I look in a dress 10+ sizes smaller. I know I will look happier too. Also, my other reason was because I was preggy with DD at the time. It didn't really make a difference because at that time, I had only gained about 8lbs.
I haven't run in a long while. It is 100+ here everyday. I have to motivate myself to hit the treadmill. I am NOT going to do the half I had planned on doing because it is just going to be toooo HOT! But I still want to keep up running. I am going to try to do at least 2 days a week for now. I probably won't start until July because I want to see the results Power90 can give me by itself.
Alright, I got both of the kids sleep, so off to clean my bathroom and room!!!! Hope everyone is having a great day!

DH offered retakes too, but I don't know that it's worth the effort, we had a very casual wedding. I do want to get new casual pictures taken for our aniversary though and it would be awesome to be at goal for that.

Good evening ladies,
Hi ladies. Glad to see some of you checking in! Well today was an okay day. They had a big breakfast at school this morning and I had a 1/2 a bagel, some ham and 3/4 of a corn muffin. YIKES!! I know, not too many points, but enough to have to use some waps today. I had a nice salad and my lean cuisine pizza for lunch today and 2c of watermelon for snack throughout the day! MAN IT'S HOT OUT!!! Tomorrow isn't supposed to be as bad as the past few days *fingers crossed* because DS has a baseball game tomorrow.
Nikki: I just "started over" a few days ago. I just want to have a nice loss again. It's too hot to exercise outside and I'm too busy to hit the gym, so exercise has been scarce these past few weeks. :bcb_mad2 I know that is key for me to lose, but only 5 1/2 days left of school. I can't WAIT for next Wednesday to be over! YOU CAN DO THIS....you are so close to goal...so get that butt in gear!
Christen: Yes, I hate looking at old pictures and old videos. I've done a ton of musical theater and when I watch my shows i'm like "disgusting" I was such a fat A$$ and I wish I could just listen to them and not see myself. YUCK!!! Hey, count your blessings that you found WW and that you are looking great now. Casual pictures for your anniversary is a great idea!!! DBF will get some pictures when and if we ever get engaged and I'll hopefully be at goal by then.
Abbie: Yes, we are all worth it! And YES I can be bossy, it's my job, but it's out of the goodness of my heart! I miss you guys when you don't check in! :bcb_bigsm That's funny, I tend to show a loss closer to the end of my week and closer to weigh in too! Hmmmmm?
Quiltin: Nice to have you back. Glad you didn't gain while you were away. So let's kick it up a notch and have a nice loss next weigh in!!

OMG Christen, I feel the same way! In fact if I ever get around to taking my "after" picture I may post one of my wedding party. DH and I and the kids just did the simple courthouse thing here in Atlanta, but a month later we had a party in my home town. I wore black to the party because I felt the slimest in that! Uggg, a bride in black-lmao! I HATE those pics!
Nikki- Yuck on the weather there, same here....you can't breath outside! I guess we need to get motivated for indoor exercises!
Melissa- Don't you change a thing, I could use a good butt kicking right now.....and like you I fuss out of love - now if my kids would only understand that!lol

So far, I have been doing pretty good, but today I cut my leg and I am going to be out of commission for a while. I can barely walk, I have been doing the gym 4-5 days a week for 60+ minutes; rotating each day Cardio and weights. I've lost 2 inches in my weakest areas (WOOHOO!) my hips.
I got my bike today, my DH is such a sweetie, he knows how bad I want to start riding again. I am thinking about starting a bike riding group with some of my friends to see if anyone local would want to start bike riding. So far, Angelica (DD) and I are the only ones still doing WW. All my buddies that were WW have done some kind of body flush to get in a quick weight loss that they found in some magazine. I am more into a lifetime goal then a temporary fix to my life long problem. At my last WI, I was down 1.8 but more importantly, I am down on the inches that everybody sees.
Summer can be slow, so what; what truly matters is that we stick to our lifetime goals. I was tempted to go on Atkins, but WW is the way to go. OP all the way, a lifestyle change is what we need, NO TEMPORARY FIXES! :bcb_mad:
Hang in there chickpeas! We'll be here for each other!
