Good morning Ladies!
I had a pretty full week-end.I went golfing saturday with dh & ds.Dh still is wearing his brace because of his broken collarbone but still wanted to try to golf.(Crazy Man)We just did 9 holes because of a tourny the course was having.I got Sunburned as it was and so was glad we didnt do the 18 holes.DS bought the new WI Fitness and I love it.It weighes you and tells you your bmi and keeps it all on record. The exercises are pretty great and the games are good but get harder as you go.I also worked out sat amd sun. on the total gym.So I felt pretty good for the week-end.
Hope all of you had a great week-end.
Have a great op day .:bcb_march:bcb_march

So I was up .2 at weigh in. No big deal. Planned a bit of a cheat day Saturday but then at the end of the day I realized I hadn't done bad at all. Now is hard core core for me the rest of the week. Have my days all planned. Didn't get all my groceries in this week so I'm missing a protein snack today, which means I'll have to use a supplement but that's no big deal. Will finish my grocery shopping up tonight while DH is at work.

Friday night I went to the gym w/ DH for my strength training and my left Ham started cramping REALLY bad doing 1 legged squats so he told me to stop. I took the weekend off to recover. I need a cardio workout only to do in the mornings b/c I think the makeshift toning video Friday morning is what sent my leg into a funk. Tonight I'm doing what was supposed to be Friday's workout and if I get done early enough I might try to joing the zumba class in place of the cardio intervals.

So what is everyone else doing to ensure a great OP week? For me it the meal and exercise planning. It's so much stress off my plate that I already have the next 5 days in my planning spreadsheet.

Barbara I just love the Wii Fit. It's a great way to keep moving when you don't really ant to exercise.

I'm here! Off for the day and so was DH so we had a slow start to the day. We actually went to breakfast at Denny's this morning and I did pretty well. Egg beaters, grits, and dry toast. Total of 7.5 pts, but since we were so slow starting the day this was really my breakfast and lunch. Snacked on grapes for another 1 pt. So I have 12.5 to play with for dinner and snacks.

I found a new breyer's icecream (at least I think it's new) a fat free choclate brownie flavor this weekend. 1/2 cup is only 1 pt.....really pushing getting to 2 pts though. But cheaper than the 1/2 cup serving of the weight watchers and the taste is GREAT. I highly recommend for icecream or chocolate lovers!

Not sure what I will be doing for dinner other than a salad (need the veggies) but I will definitely save a pt (maybe even 2-lol for my dessert!)

Still slacking in the exercise department here, but planning on step aerobics tonight and crunches and pushups. Not a lot, probably 25 minutes of step and then 100 of each of the other.

BTW, I finally found a pair of shorts I can live with, actually 2 prs, so I am set on that May goal finally!lol

Wow, the thread is so slow! Come on ladies, they gave us our own section because we were going to strong and now we're dying out. COME BACK!!!

Many of us seem to have been in a funk lately. Maybe some of you still are in a funk, which means that you need to post even more. I have finally gotten back OP and it feels good. IT was way to hot to go to the gym today because I suffered in the heat all day outside for field day at school, the gym has no AC and I just couldn't make myself suffer with the heat any longer. I am enjoying My AC and I did some dancing and relays and parachute games, etc. So I earned some aps today! Not to mention I probably melted away a few lbs with all the sweating! YUCK!!!

DS is with his dad tonight, which is nice. His father is visiting for 3 weeks with DS's two younger brothers that he hasn't seen in 2 years. So it will be nice to get a break once in a while for a few weeks. I will enjoy it since it isn't very often that I get a break! (his father lives in Florida).

Well that's about it for me today. I"m going to post my menu on the journaling thread and then watch some TV while enjoying my AC. Have a great night everyone!

I have hardly been on the computer lately and when I logged in I saw this, OUCH! I knew that I was one of those in a funk... I have been consistently going to the gym, today I had a migraine and I skipped the gym. I will try to make it up tomorrow. I don't like starting my week with no gym, but I did drop 1.2 lbs...
I'll try to check in tomorrow, no excuses.
