Good Morning Ladies,

Happy Friday!!! Just wanted to pop in to say good morning and report that I am down 2 more pounds bringing me to 211. It is so slow this time around but I will hang in there. I got my walk in around 6:30 this morning before it heats up here. I'll stop back later to chat.

Nikki how was W/I? Good I hope.

Good morning Ladies!
I have no kids today so I plan on working out,Cleaning and finish painting my shed.Ds went out and bought the movie Semi pro and we watched it this morning.It was funny but crazy.We are will ferrell fans.I know kids should't watch it because the language is terrible.DS is taking one of his test online right now so I am waiting to use his gym.
I have no big plans for the weekend besides mystery shop a steak house but I plan on making good choices.

I'm so excited to start next week's meal plan tomorrow. I have all my days planned out. I'm doing an all core diet and trying to meet the guidelines suggested by my strength training program so it should be an interesting week for me. A lot of food (99% core) but if I stick to the program strictly I'm going to need it. It should be an interesting experiment for me. I'm giving myself a couple perks tomorrow and using WPA/AP's for some daily almonds through the week to get me through my afternoon crunch cravings.....oooh, I could make some core granola for that instead....hmmm....oooh, that would be a great preworkout snack w/ some applesauce.

I actually got up and did 50minutes of various in home exercises this morning, general aerobics & yoga. It felt good to go to work with some exercise under my belt. Strength training tonight. It's the "easier" of my two workouts and is followed by 15minutes of HIIT. Hope to hit the gym early and get to bed before 11:00. DH works at 6:00 tomorrow morning so there will be no sleeping in for me. I'm going to try to stick with a normal sleep schedule over the weekend and maybe by the end of next week I'll be to the point of getting up for morning runs.

Hope everyone has a GREAT weekend, I probably won't be on much. WI tomorrow and I hope to maintain, I've used several of my WPA's early this week but I've tried to make up for it in exercise the last half of the week....so we'll see what happens. My digestive system was in a bit of a funk earlier this week and I'm not sure why. I think the change to core will help me with that so that's good news.

Sorry, I missed you all. For some strange reason, I couldn't log in, I lost my password and just reset it. I have also had a very busy weekend.
