Sunday 6/1 - Strength St3 B1, 3 hours walking/swimming - 11ap
Monday 6/2 - Rest
Tuesday 6/3 - Yoga - 1ap
Wednesday 6/4 - Strength St3 A2 - 5ap
Thursday 6/5 - 15 min step aerobics - 1ap
Friday 6/6 - MORNING : 20min ab/leg video, 20min aerobics, 10 min yoga -3ap, EVENING : Strength St3 B2

Hey gurl hey, I started a new thing for me this week. I get up at about 5 or 5:15 to go to the gym. I can admit that I do have more energy during the day at work and it also helps me to go to bed at nite instead of staying up and watching tv.
Sunday – walking at the track:bcb_march
Monday – REST
Tuesday – gym (total body)
Wednesday – gym (total body)
Taking it one day at a time. Yay Meee!!!

6/03-Power 90 Sweat 1-2-Done!

6/06-Power 90 Sculpt 1-2
6/07-REST
Next week I will get back to adding running into my schedule!

Saturday - 3 hours / 5 miles walking at Relay for Life = 9aps
Sunday - none
Monday - none
Tuesday - 30 min FAT BURNER DVD & 100 crunches = 2aps
Wednesday - 90 min gym (60 min cardio elliptical / arc trainer, 30 min weights) = 11aps
Thursday - can't exercise - Elvis Rehearsal
Friday - Can't exercise - DS baseball game / Elvis Show
Total aps for the week = 22

Finally got up early today and did 50minutes of exercise! Yay me!
