My June Goals
1. Follow Power 90 workouts(6 days a week, one rest day)-well, it was really not up to speed with what I was used to, so I have another routine that incorporates more and I still rotate this in.
2. Continue incorporating more Core into my menus.-I am definitely doing this as much as possible. Most of my breakfast, lunches and snacks are pretty much Core!
3. Focus on getting in all of my healthy 8's-gotta do better with this. I will restart my oils and vitamin tomorrow
4. Fit into size 8's comfortably-not quite...
5. Include an extra cardio workout 2 times a week.-with the new rotation that my coach has given me, I know I will be getting sufficient cardio.
6. Try at least one new recipe a week-I have been doing this..they haven't been that good for me, but that will change this week!

JUNE GOALS:
1) Exercise at least six days a week. (I can make them up if I miss them.) I need to rev up!
2) Follow CORE plan w/added protein. Sugars and carbs are killing me. Literally!
3) Ignore my hunger pangs and follow my eating plan. I need to RETRAIN my body. It is NOT hungry as much as it thinks it is!! (I know this is not inline with core concepts but it is what I need to do for myself right now.
4) In order to do the above, I need to have a plan. I will plan my meals at least a day ahead AND, will do my best to have several healthy snack choices.

My June goals are:
1. Work out 5 days a week, earning 5 WAPS, I liked that; 5 for 5. 1 for 5 so far, this week has been exhausting in other ways and I have been doing yard work, I'm not sure how to count those points because I get winded, but is it from the heat?
2. Make sure I eat breakfast daily, I still need to accomplish this.
I am on day 8 or 9 straight, so far so good...
3. Fix my bike and start riding again. I got may bike, and I started riding it. It's funny how long it taks you to ride it in the first place but you instantly rmember how to ride it. I even have a great seat on it.
4. Be a FIRM size 9, not a flabby one. A continual work in progress...
5. Start strength training and building muscle/losing fat. I haven't been as consistent with this one. I made myself do some exercises last night because I havem't been to the gym this week yet, except to swim.
6. Win my own Losing Battle, for life. You can only go as far as you will allow yourself to go in the Battle of the Bulge.
7. Encourage others as much as I have been encouraged by you. I am trying.
Blessings,
Melissa
