So glad we are back because I haven't been OP and I need you guys! UGH!!! Don't realize how much you need and rely on something until it's gone. It's been a week of struggling, making okay choices with food but no time to exercise and not journaling. THAT = failure to me.

My weight was a maintain on Saturday and then it's been up every day since then. Today was the first morning it was back down to 205.8. Hopefully, now that TOM is gone, my weight will adjust a bit more. I want to at least lose 1 lb this week! WE'll see. My mom was able to get to her meeting last week and she got her 50lb magnet. GO MOM!!! She's lost a total of 51.8 so far. She's about 10 lbs ahead of me! :bcb_bravo

I hope everybody is doing well ! I missed you guys!!! I need a plan for June and QUICK!!!

Sheila checking in.... Glad to see everyone is doing good. I'm doing good, had a 2 pound loss last week and hoping for another good week.

Melissa - Glad your weight has gone back down and KUDOS to your Mom!!! What an awesome job. both of you have done so good! I can't wait to get to where you are. You both must feel awesome!

I was at a cookout on Sunday and my friend who has lost 95 pounds was there. It was amazing seeing how the weight loss has changed her. She was so bubbly and lively and you couldn't get her off the dance floor. She had on a size 10 jean and started at a size 24. She is such an inspiration.

I know we are all going to reach our goals too so hang in there ladies.
