I figured since we don't post that much over the weekend, we could just put it into one thread!

Well, I didn't really work hard on eating or working out this week and I am up 2.2lbs.:bcb_down:bcb_down:bcb_down But, I know what I have to do. I am going to plan out my workouts. Winging it just doesn't work because I end up NOT doing anything. I am going back to Flex as of today but with mostly Core foods. I need to hit the grocery store, but probably won't until Sunday since I will be out of town this weekend..AGAIN.

DS's and my mom's birthday party is next Saturday, so I am going to work really hard this week and try for a loss before that comes. I know the party will be a challenge, but if it was anything like last time for DD's birthday, I didn't even get a chance to eat!!

I hope everyone has a great weekend! I also hope once everything settles down with everyone, we can begin posting more like we used to. I find that my strength in success is this board for accountability and I really NEED you all!!!

We have our big family reunion this weekend so I won't be around much. Hope I can stay away from all the yummy food and stick mostly to salads and fruit.:bcb_worry

No big plans for me this weekend. DH finally gets a day off on Sunday so I'm super excited I get to spend the day with him hopefully doing something active. Deffinately getting down to the market for some more cherries as the ones we got at the grocery were completely tasteless.

I earned 7ap's last night so I think I'm finally back on the exercise train. My weight looks like I will have repaired the little gain from last week but not much more...only the scale will tell :bcb_bigsm

Today is payday, but as usual it's already spent...but at least the bills will be paid so that's good news.

Greeting ladies!
Sorry, I was out of commission yesterday. I woke up with a migraine and spent the rest of the day in bed. I was unable to sleep last night so I didn't make it to the gym this morning. I have alot to make up for this weekend. I hope you all have a great weekend!

Hi all! Happy to announce that I had my biggest loss since the first week this week, down -3.8 so I made goal!

Kids are all out of town this weekend and even though I have to work some, DH and I are planning a date night tonight. He is taking me to see "Sex in the City"- bless him, he has never seen the show!lol And also to celebrate I will be wearing my new size 6 jeans! Honest, I never thought it possible to wear jeans this size!

Despite my gain this week, I am still going strong and have started a newer exercise routine. I have it all planned out and I am going to be right behind you!!!

Size 6 jeans??? You better work it!!!! Great job!

So DH and I headed out for our "date night". Stopped to buy the tickets to the movie on our way to dinner, after checking online and there were plenty of tickets available. 10 minutes later we get to the theater to find ALL shows sold out for the night:bcb_down. So we went ahead and had dinner and decided to shoot for the movie mid week instead. So I guess I get two dates this week.

I decided today to take it easy and give myself a little room eatting wise, since there were so many things I have been waiting to eat. Really I didn't do too badly. No breakfast because of my meeting and then had to run pick up DH right after. We had lunch out, chicken salad on a bagel (made with lite mayo) and matso ball soup & cucumber salad marinated in oil and vinegar. I figure maybe 15- 18 pts. Then dinner was a grilled shrimp salad with low fat dressing and avacados. Thinking about 8-10 pts here, and dessert for 3 pts. So I had between 26- 31 pts for the day. My goal now is 25 + 35 weekly pts (to maintain). I am going to get right back to being serious and down to my usual 21 pts so I can keep losing though starting tomorrow. I just figured I deserved one day off as long as I didn't blow it too badly....and I don't feel like I did.

I ate buffet tonight. I ate what I wanted, but enjoyed myself. I have a workout planned for tomorrow morning. I can't wait to start seeing results again. I am focused now. I will be out of town tomorrow so there will be many food temptations, but I know that I can do it and make it. I will be having breakfast before I leave tomorrow. I wanted to stick to Core strictly, but I have eaten so many salads that I don't want to choose them when i go out to eat!!LOL!!

So its a birthday party tomorrow, which means cake. I will have a very small piece. I will bring home a piece for DH, but only a single serving. I am getting up early to workout tomorrow and then oatmeal for breakfast. I will take an apple and popcorn for my snacks. Water of course all day long and for lunch, I will probably eat after the party somewhere like Wendy's for a chili and a baked potato. Dinner will be after my 2 hour drive back home and we will probably have hot dogs. I will eat the ff ones with 1 pt buns and light chips and fruit. So there we have it for my survival for my day out!!! I am going to pack a fiber one bar just in case I am a little extra hungry too.

Cammie: I haven't heard from you this week! I hope things are going well!

Great job again Abbie for making goal!! I really am extra excited and happy for you!! You are my She-RO!!!!!

Good afternoon ladies,

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend. Mine started off a little stressful but everything worked out great! DS went away for the weekend. AFter school on Friday I was telling everybody on the Relay team that I Would be at the track for 5pm. I wanted to register, get my T-Shirt and do the survivor lap. Well I got hom at 4pm and totally forgot that MY Stuff wasn't together. I had to pack an extra pair of clothes for evening when it's cooler, Pack my cooler with ice and water, get something for dinner (a grinder) and some healthy snacks. I was so focused on getting DS's stuff ready for his weekend that none of my things were done. I finally left my house at 4:45 to drop DS off in East Long meadow, which is normally about 20 minutes from my house. I was so stressed and rushing that I forgot how to get where I was going and took the long route AND got lost in the process. UGH!!! It took me 45 minutes to get to his friends house. It was already 5:30 when I got to his house and then I still had to go to the store to get ice, etc. AFter that I was in such a rush leaving my house that I forgot my camera and had to go all the way home to get my camera and THEN to the relay! I got there at 6:45. The survivor lap and opening ceremonies were already done. :bcb_mad2 bcb_sad Despite my hectic and late arrival, I had a blast, laughed, cried and walked for 5 hours consistently out of the 6.5 hours I was there. My friend and I left at 1:30am....I had walked 8 miles / 5 hours and earned 15 aps per the points calculator. WOOHOO!!!

I over slept because I was so exhausted and sore. I missed my WW meeting this morning. Ooops! I told my team that I would be back at 8:30am after WW and I woke up at 9:00, so I jumped on my scale at home (which is perfectly in sync w/ WW) and I was exactly the same as last week. No loss, no gain! I'll take it with all the stupid snacking I did last week! I got to the Relay this morning at 10am and walked for 3 more hours / 5 miles and earned 9aps. WOOHOO!! I"m tired and sore but feeling great. DS will be gone until tomorrow and I have my nieces dance recital to go to tonight!
