Good morning ladies,
Thought I would get us started.I have been so busy it seems everyone is having a crazy week.I can not get motivated.I leave tommorrow for my bowling tournament and wont be back until late sunday.So I will not be on until monday.I havent been exercising and I have a sinius headache and ear ache.The not exercising this week is probally why I feel so out of energy.DS started collge tuesday.When he graduated in 2005 he said he was sick of school and didnt want college.Now that I can't afford to pay for it he has decided he wants to go.So he took out a student loan .I think he is overdoing for the summer.He works nights and goes to school in daytime from 9-11am and back @ 5-9pm so he dont get much rest and It is stressing me out(He is going into nursing and doubling up on classes.).Any way hope everyone has a great week-end and I hope next week we can all get it back in gear.:bcb_march:bcb_march

Good morning all. I am up early today...lots to get accomplished. I made my meeting yesterday but didn't weigh in...took a pass. :bcb_yuck: It's been a tough few weeks for me...gone too much and not doing well on program. It's time to get back to it now. Hopefully June will be a better month. I only have to be traveling a few days next week then I can stay home and get back OP.:salut

Morning all! Things should slow down for me soon so I will be here more. For now things are going well. Still in classes through today and doing well with my eatting there. They have had incredible meals everyday, but I am sticking to eatting just what I know wont be bad....and totally passing up the mid day desserts! Ack, they look good! I can say I have learned more about skin than I ever thought possible! Make sure you wear your sunscreen!!!! I am telling you the sun is the devil for skin-lol. Even if you are like me and never or rarely burn....it still is messing you up in ways you don't see, so wear it!

I am going to try to make it to a meeting tomorrow to WI. Things are looking good but not a definite yet, I still need to get off .2 more....and you know with fluctuations it could really go either way, so cross fingers please!

Hope everyone is doing well. Those that are struggling...keep your eye on the prize....let's do this!

Good morning. I missed the gym last night. I've been getting caught up in a series on hulu.com and before I know it it's 10:00. So I tried to go over to the fitness center to at least get my run in and the treadmill wasn't working. I couldn't believe it and was SO disappointed and generally PO'ed. So I went back home and did 30 Wii minutes of aerobics and running. Not the best workout in the world but it's something. The good news is the evil cravings seem to be subsiding so I'm having a much easier time staying OP. Now I just need to get my exercise bug back. NO HULU UNTIL AFTER THE GYM TONIGHT!!! Got up this morning and did a short yoga workout to start the day out right. I had plan to get up an hour early and do a run but since I didn't drag my butt out of bed soon enough I settled for a little yoga...again, better than nothing.

For those of you who are struggling right now, hang in there and just take it one meal at a time. If you keep going through the motions, you'll be back in the groove before you know it. No matter what you do, don't give up.

Barbara - Enjoy your bowling weekend.

I got my workouts in early this morning as I have a list of things to do today. I went to Stone Mtn for a 3 mile walk and came home and did the FIRMs Jiggle Free Abs. The weather was perfect for walking as it was nice & cool.

I got off my lazy butt and worked out on the total gym.I did a different routine all together that says if you do it for @ least 3 days a week in six weeks you will tell the difference.I am sore but energized.DS has been working out on it and I can tell it is changing his body.Well gotta run get packing and cleaning.Have a great day everyone...:bcb_march:bcb_march

Ooops, I posted my big morning thread this morning on the Wednesday thread! Oh well!

Today was a pretty good day. I decided that I am going to teach the K-2 SEBS class next year and I told my principal this morning. So it will be a big change for me. I will have gone from 4th grade last year, to 5th grade this year to K, 1 & 2 next year. YIKES!!! I have to do alot of changing around my classroo too....that sucks!!!

I was OP today up until I got out of school and drove DS to his soccer game in WORCESTER, an hour away from home. I was hungry but he wasn't so I did a bad thing and I bought those AWESOME pita chips w/ sea salt. LOVE THEM, they are my new favorite snack, and in moderation it is only 2pts per serving, but I ate the whole bag.....5 servings and 10 pts later I was still OP since I had 14 pts left but I didn't eat dinner yet. UGH!!!

DS's team won their soccer game so they will have a big tournament this weekend. Unfortunately, I have the relay for life this weekend so I'm sending him with one of his friends and his parents. They are going up tomorrow night and staying in a hotel all weekend because the first game on Saturday is at 8am and the field is an hour away and they have 2 little ones that they do not want to get up at 5am. So he will have a fun weekend away and I get a nice weekend free! :bcb_up SCORE!!! Coach just called me at 9:30pm..."Oh by the way, I need 60.00 for the tournament for Saturday." OH GREAT, because i'm made of money and I always have an extra 60.00 just laying around. A little notice would have been nice. I always have to budget my money for bills and spending money like 2 - 4 weeks in advance, so this is going to set me back since I have to pay 80.00 for baseball too. AAARRRRGGGHHHH!!!

All in all it was a good day. I took DS to TGIF for dinner. I had a salad, water w/ lemon and a baked herb chicken w/ mashed potatoes. I'm sure not the lowest of points, but still a healthier choice than I would have made in the past. I'm off to watch Lost, I had to tape it while i was gone!

Have a great OP day tomorrow. I'll be walking all night long, so hopefully taht will help for weigh in on Saturday morning! *fingers crossed*
