Happy Wednesday Buddies!
Sorry I was a little scarce yesterday. I'm battling some anti WW mental demons but I'm trying to stay OP anyway and fake it 'til I make it. Feeling much better today. Went on a cleaning spree at home last night and rearranged our living room which earned me some AP's. Went at it solid from 5:30 - 10:00 with a short break for dinner...so I was too tuckered out to go to the gym afterwards but figure it was pretty good exercise in and of itself and somthing I don't do nearly often enough. Anyway. It's amazing how refreshing a new arrangement can be and coming down stairs this morning to more open space has me feeling much more upbeat and inspired to tackle the rest of my life (i.e. meal plan) w/ vigor.
Tonight is a quick run, quick dinner, a little more cleaning and then off to the gym. I'm determined to have my apartment spotless by this weekend!

Hang in there Christin, I thought you might have a rough time resting. As I have gotten into a habit of exercising, I find that it isn't easy to do nothing. You are such a go-getter, but I believe in you. Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Hey Ladies!! We've all been kinda struggling and somber lately. I am sorry for all of the problems. This is a lifestyle change and there will be some days and weeks like this. We still have to pick it up and fake it till you make it!!!(thanks Christen!)
I know things will get better for all of us!!!

Christen ((((((HUGS)))))). You're right to fake it until you're back in the groove. I totally agree with Nikki that there will be those days and even weeks when we're just not feeling it. If we hang in there and fake it like you're doing, we will eventually get to where we need to be. Keep us posted on how you're doing,
Hi Melissa & Nikki - I hope your day was good.
I have been so busy today I have barely had time to think about food. I did stop for lunch and I just forced myself to get up and eat an orange so I can get my fruits in. Otherwise, today has been a good OP day.
I will not be going to the WW mtg this week because I will be in a class on Friday morning but will weigh myself at home (my scale is in sync with WW). My membership expires today and I'm not sure that I will renew it right now. Since I'm in a groove, I may try it on my own for a few weeks. I really don't want to have to weigh every week since I've started back working with weights and sculpting. I'll see how it goes.
I haven't gotten my workout in today but I plan to go to Stn Mtn for a walk shortly if it doesn't rain.

Good morning ladies,
Well I was trying to be so good yesterday and the night time snacking got to me again. I only went over my daily points and aps by 1.5 but still.
I got in a double workout yesterday. It wasn't planned, but it worked out great. I didn't think I would be able to do my cadio kickboxing class because DS had a baseball game from 5:30 - 7:30pm. So I called a friend and we walked around the track that surrounds the baseball diamonds. I walked for about 80 minutes straight and my legs were a little achy. But it felt good to get in exercise and still be able to watch DS play. then when I got home from the game I realized that it was only 7:20pm and I had 10 minutes to get to cardio kickboxing, so I hurried and got dressed and ran over there. It was a great workout, but my legs were screaming. I do not recommend walking for over an hour and THEN going to kickboxing. I"m glad I did it because today DS has a soccer play offs game in Worcester so I won't have time to get any working out in and then tomorrow is the Relay for Life. I was still up to 207.4 this morning....UGH! I have to stop Mindless snacking! I don't need to do it but I just have no will power late at night! :bcb_mad2 I have to jump in the shower very soon so just a few personals.
Christen: Stay tough girl and hang in there! We all go through rough patches but we can do this. "m struggling a bit this week too. It seems the busier my week is and the less time I can spend posting on BCB, the worse I do. It's GREAT during the day and i'm getting in good exercise but it's the late night snacking that's doing me in! UGH!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!
Sheila: Things are going okay. I'm up a bit on my scale since my weigh in was 205.8 and my scale read 207.4 this morning. FRUSTRATING! But it's the darn snacking after 9pm. I really need to do that challenge, it's just so hard this week for some reason. REally busy, end of school year business at school and then i'm so tired at night that I just mindlessly eat! :bcb_mad2
