Tuesday - FIRM Cardio Overdrive - DONE
Wednesday - Walked 3 miles - DONE
Thusday - Walk 3 miles
Friday - FIRM Cardio Party
Saturday - ??

Gym: 60 min every week day.
I am finding that I really like to go. I tend to stay much more focused and I really need to be focused after my weekend...:bcb_huh:

No plan for the week, but I will be attempting to get in some cardio every night. Today completed 25 minutes of step aerobics for 3 pts.

Back on my strength training this week so I'm excited to get moving again.

TUE - Furniture Moving 3ap
WED - 30 min Aerobics 2ap
THU - Yoga 1ap, 20min Aerobics 18min walk 1ap, Strength St3 A1 5ap
FRI - run
SAT - Strength St3 A2
SUN - leisure activity

Wed - 40 min bike ride
Thurs - 2 15 min walks, bike ride and pushups and situps (setting something up for DD and I)
Fri - upper body sculpt and walks
Sat - going on a bike ride with DH..off road!! IT'S OUR DATE! :bike:I'll pack a nice healthy lunch for us to have as well.
Sun - something just for fun..maybe a walk. maybe pilates

Power 90 first week rotation

Day 1 Friday Sweat 1-2 and Ab ripper 100 done! 3APs

Day 2 Saturday Sculpt 1/2 or (Sculpt 3/4 if 1/2 hasn't arrived)

Day 3 Sunday Sweat 1-2 and Ab ripper 100

Day 4 Monday Sculpt 1/2 and 5k run

Day 5 Tuesday Day 5 Sweat 1/2 and Ab ripper 100

Day 6 Wednesday 4 mile run and Sculpt 1/2

Day 7 Thursday 3 mile run and Sweat 1/2
