Happy Friday Ladies,
Just thought I'd check in before I get the day started. It will be another busy one for me but I will definately find time to get to my WW meeting this am. I sure hope the scale is down this week.
I didn't make it for my walk this morning but I will do a video before I head out!
Nikki - How was your W/I? Good I hope.
Melissa - How'd you do with your snacking last night? Anything after 9:30? I'll be starting on Monday for sure.

I'm home after my week long quilting retreat. Had a wonderful time but sure got off program with all the institutional starchy food served. I missed this week's WI but then I need a week to get back in shape and get the retreat weight off.:bcb_yuck:
I'm glad to be home and back to normal living...whatever that might be!:bcb_wink3

Good Morning! I will be out of town for the weekend, but I know I should stay on track because I was down 2.3lbs this morning to 162.4!!!! I can smell the 150s!!!

Morning guys! So I am out for a little fun today. Planning on going for my bagel and coffee, then hair cut, then a little shopping.....then back home to take the kids to dinner and a movie tonight! Today is their last day of school so we will celebrate tonight. Plan on going to applebees so that will be no problem staying OP....and I think I will pop and sneak in a 1 pt bag of popcorn so I have a snack!

Abbie : Have fun, sounds like a great day you have planned.
So I went through my food journals and figured out the problem I had this week. Last week I did great on Flex w/ lots of core, I went through my menus and without taking AP's into account I only had 37 non-core points for the week...when you consider how many AP's I earned last week I was well within both the flex and core guidelines....This week however I had a little more fun w/ flex. I've used over half my flex points so far...AND I've had over 65 non-core points and didn't get nearly as many AP's. So while I'm still within the flex plan rules, I just ate too many treats like granola and SF Ice Cream. While not horrible snacks, I obviously do much better w/out them. So next week I'm going to focus back in on core foods while on flex! Not to mention I'll be off my rest week so that'll help too :bcb_bigsm and no naughty weekend snacks!

I'm going to turn into an Ice Cube if I drink anymore lemon ice water so who knows, maybe the scale will surprise me & negative thinking won't help. I would be SO happy just to maintain.
It did just hit me that I have a 3 day weekend so WOOHOO for extra activity opportunities. I'll be glued to my Wii fit for 72hrs straight if I'm not careful though. That this is SUPER addicting.

christen, way to go on using your journals. That's what they are there for. Use them, and change them so that they can "talk to you" and reveal secrets to get you to your goal. :bcb_up You are on the right track.

My W/I wasn't so good. That darn scale went up .2 again this week. I'm not going to stress over it though because I am much smaller than I was 2 weeks ago. Clothes that were tight then fit now. I'll just keep doing what I've been doing and the scale will eventually catch up

Irene- not yet, got postponed until the 23rd of June, which I think will be a good thing, lots happening behind the scenes right now.....
