Good morning ladies,
Well I posted my menu plan for the day and I have my plan for my exercise. This planning is really keeping me in line. Granted I get the snackies at night, but I still keep it within my aps and try not to dip into my waps...but I still have to get that STUPID mindless snacking at night under control. I'm sore today, so the scale might not move for me yet because of my muscles healing today. I've really upped the exercise this week, so I'm hoping that doesn't hinder a good loss for me, you know how that works sometimes! :bcb_worry
I hope you all have a great OP day today. DBF is coming over tonight, so I wont have too much time on the computer. I'll try to check in, but if I don't, I'll check in with you tomorrow morning! XOXO

Morning all. My new strength stage totally kicked my butt last night. 80 minutes in the gym and I had to skip a couple reps on my last exercise to go pick up DH from work. 8AP's in all last night. Picked up a cheap HRM so I can be a little more accurate w/ my AP's. Then we didn't eat until 10:30 last night so the scale was not very friendly this morning :bcb_worry

Good Morning Ladies! It is rainy here, but hopefully it will turn out to be a pretty decent day. Core is still going well so far. I am heading to the grocery store today to make sure I have plenty of good stuff to get me through. I was out of milk this morning so I had to have my oatmeal with water. Can't say its my favorite or the best thing,but I am doing what it takes.
I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party yesterday and my abs feel like someone has been jumping on them all day. My obliques hurt the most. That is a good thing!

Melissa - I'm glad your planning is keeping you in line. Sometimes I have trouble with the night time snacking too. I keep telling myself that I will STOP eating after 7:30 but it is so hard to stick to it. Maybe that will be one of my challenges for next week, to not eat ANYTHING after 7:30!

Nikki - Sounds like you've very much in control with CORE now! Keep up the good work.
My day is going good so far. I got up and went for a 3 mile walk/jog this morning. I didn't think I was going to make it because my entire body is soooo sore from the yard work yesterday. I could barely crawl out of bed but was determined to get my walk in. Later today, I will do a FIRM or HHA workout. It's time to start working on these abs now.

You know its going to be a HOT day when at 8am it is already 75 degrees! ugh! probably will hit 100 this afternoon! Its May its too early for it to that hot! Hope you all have a great day

Hi all, sorry I've been a bit scarce lately, looks like my schedule wont have a good break for awhile either. Things are going well here, still plugging along. Trying to get to goal by next week and that is going to be a bit of a challenge but I will find a way to do it!
Had a nsv today, found myself at a mall I don't normally shop and my favorite department store was there- one based in my hometown that I rarely get to shop in anymore. I found myself looking at bathing suits and decided to take the plunge and try some on. While I wasn't thrilled with any- I didn't hate myself in them either....so that is serious progress! I plan on buying one before too long. I plan on probably buying one of the tankini's with the little skirt. I am okay with my tummy, but no amount of eatting right or exercising will ever make me love my thighs so I think this is the best style for me.
Sounds like everyone is doing well! Keep up the good work!!!

Abbie, you are looking good to me. How wonderful to be so close to goal! :bcb_up You go girl! Don't believe the lie that the closer you get to goal the harder it gets. A goal is a # that you have set to accomplish. Your body doesn't know any difference between one goal and another. ie. 134 or 136 lbs and etc...

Greetings!
I haven't had an exceptional day. Utah weather is so unpredictable to say the least. Yesterday it was 90 and today I woke up to a cold rain. Yesterday the AC was running full blast, today the heater . Needless to say, I skipped the gym this morning. I knew it was very cold outside and I chose to sleep in, waking up way later than usual. I am usually already teaching Math by 8AM, but today I was crawling out of bed at 8:30... OOPS!
Abbie, listen to Irene, she is right. You are so close to the finish line. WTG!
Hey Irene, I've missed you! I hope that all is well.

TY Irene and Melissa! Unfortunately mentally I kind of blew it this week. Well not blew it but I don't expect any kind of real loss this week. I had expected to be in class tomorrow and would have to miss my meeting this week. I planned on losing the final 2.6 over this week and next to get to goal, so I was a little slack this week thinking I had another week to WI. Well my classes got postponed until next week, so thats the meeting I am going to have to miss, the one I wanted to WI in at not this week!
Oh well, good lesson learned for me. Plus at least now I do know I can maintain.
