LMAO - I just noticed that I started Yesterdays' daily thread and typed the title. JUNE 18th...OOPs. I"m getting WAY ahead of myself. Funny thing is that June 18th is the last day of school for me, I guess, subconsciously I wanted it to be the last day of school? LOL
So today is Monday, MAY 19th! I have my meals and exercise planned out and hopefully I won't have another snack attack like last night. I hate when that happens. It could have been alot worse, and I could have NOT earned 7aps yesterday to off set alot of those points. So WHATEVER!! Tonight I will NOT eat anything that I haven't planned for. Although I do have 6pts for snacks today that I didn't account for...but I will make good choices. :salut I started counting my OP days again. I went through my journal to see where I left off and it was 131 days. So saturday and SUnday put me at 133 and today will be 134 days (obviously not in a row, but 134 days OP since 12/29/07 isn't too bad! :bcb_up
I hope everybody has a great, OP day today!

Good morning all! I am not ready for the weekend to be over. I didn't make it to the grocery and I'm seriously behind on planning for the week. But I'll get that together today and handle the grocery tonight before my workout. I got some great sleep and when I woke up 45minutes early I *almost* got out of bed to jump on the treadmill but I decided to roll back over and wait for the alarm...at least the thought crossed my mind, maybe next time I'll make good on it.
I'm going to try to replicate my over 1 lb loss this week. So I played with some weekly points last night and will be eating all my AP's again. And try to hit the gym harder this week (stick to my plan). I'm on to a new stage in my strength program so that will keep me super motivated on that front.
Melissa : lol on the school end date. I miss summer vacations.

Good morning all!
DH is on his way to specialist to see how bad his broke collarbone is and if it will require surgery.Co-worker took him there this morning. He is taking pretty strong pain meds and until they start wearing off he thinks its not that bad.He is one that dont like meds but when the pain sets in he takes them pretty quick. His left side looks pretty bad and his chest is black (I hope from airbag or steering wheel.)He is cut and brusied everywhere and from the wreck and his truck he is so lucky. He flipped a few times and landed upside and skidded that way for a while. The truck is pretty flat.He crawled out the broken window which is probally where all the cuts came from. His stitches look pretty bad it ripped his skin instead of cutting him.His boss is being pretty nice and paying him his salary(He is riding with them to help work what he can(CRAZY RIGHT):bcb_grrrrBut he is upset because he will not get his comissions check because he cant work them all himself.so money will tighten up for sure.Okay enough ranting Hope everyone has a great day.I hope I didnt gain for all this emotional crap over the weekend.WI tommorow.:bcb_march:bcb_march

Good Morning all!
Hope everyone had a great weekend! I spent all day yesterday working outside painting a friends house! I AM SOOOO SORE! You would think with all the working out I do, running, biking, yoga, pilates, and weights that a simple thing like painting a house would not be so exhausting!

Ok quick update on dh.
Dr. says it is not the worst he has seen but pretty close. He thinks he needs surgery but it is very risky because of where it is broken and something with the arteries around it.DH says he is not going to have it so he goes back in 2 wks to see how it progresses.Dr.says at he is looking @ at least 3 months healing or more. They did put him in another contraption to hold his shoulder back.He says he feels like he is in a strait jacket.(LOL)Any way I will keep you updated.

Shelly, I know what you mean! My DH has his own painting business and when I work with him, I am sore in places that are so different from going to the gym. The ladder makes the top of my feet sore from going up and down. It is a really good workout though.
Melissa, I am glad your back! I knew you'd get over your bad week. I am looking forward to your next wi, onderland? Could it be? anything is possible when you are tenacious.
Barbara, WOW! I am sitting here reading about your DH and I am thanking God for you both. He has a rough recovery ahead of him, but we will be praying for him. What is his name and I will ask my prayer partners to be praying for him (and your finances) for a quick recovery. Please, let me know and I will be praying in the meantime.
OP all the way!

Me too, Melissa! Yesterday was great until about 8:30 PM...:bcb_mad2
Got to get a grip. So far, so good today--I'm even drinking that nasty green tea! Constant Comment flavor helps the "boiled socks" taste :bcb_grin
Missilissa--gosh, that's frightening about DH. It can work without surgery I think--just takes a long time. My aunt broke her humerus--the upper arm bone-- when she fell cleaning the tub and it is slowly getting better--she refused surgery too.

Good afternoon ladies,
Sorry I was MIA for a couple days but my weekend was SOOO hectic and busy. I baked my goodies on Friday night and Saturday and I'm happy to say I did not give in to them. I did have 1 pc of cake at the party and I had some crumbs from the bars and I did not even taste the third cake. It was a hit because every crumb of it was gone when I got ready to leave. I did very good with eating at the party but I probably had a little too much wine. Hopefully it won't affect the scale on Friday. I went back to my friends house last night and I still stayed in control. It felt so good knowing that I could be around all those goodies and stay in control.
Barbara - I hope your hubby has a full recovery from the broken collarbone!
Have a lovey afternoon everyone :)

Just hopping in for a quick sec to say I did my 2+ mile run all by myself. The chilly air helped get me out there. WooHOOO!! I WILL RUN 3 (or 4) DAYS THIS WEEK and I'VE GOT ONE DOWN!
Will catch up on the thread tonight after the gym.

I have left the kitchen so I'm not tempted to do something (more) than I shouldn't do.

Good evening ladies,
WOW, cardio kickboxing really kicked my booty tonight. I can't go on Wednesdays and Fridays this month, so going 1 day a week really shows me that doing it three times a week helps to keep me in shape. i'm not going to be able to walk tomorrow, my muscles are already aching. LOL...but it feels great. So far I earned 10 aps Sat, 7 aps Sun, and 8 aps today. WOOHOO!! and stayed OP all three days too. Although I did use most of my aps and 1/2 my waps....i'm still going strong! :bcb_up
Barbara: Your DH will be in my thoughts. WOW, that was one serious accident. I hope everything turns out okay!
Ellen: Be strong woman! NIght time is the WORST for me, I have snacks that I dont' need and i'm not even hungry, I just start eating mindlessly and it sucks! We can get through this week! :salut Think about that .4 loss last week, and think about how you want it to be bigger this week.
Christen: Great job on the workout. I hope you were able to get your meals planned and make it to the grocery store tonight! I'm so lucky to have mom to help with the shopping and cooking. It really helps to keep me on track.
Sheila: WOOHOO...i'm so proud of you. Those are some great NSV's that you accomplished at the party. WAY TO GO!!
Melissa: Not sure that Onederland is possible for this weigh in since I would have to lose over 8lbs. :bcb_worry But maybe by the end of May! :salut
Shelly: I know what you mean about being sore from painting. Mom and I painted all the rooms downstairs a few months ago and I felt like such a woos....I couldn't even do alot without my arms ACHING!! OUCH!!!
Okay, well i'm off to watch the rest of House! Have a great night!

Evening ladies,
I had a great day today. Stuck to my eating plan for the day and did more yard work than I'd planned. Once I got started I didn't want to stop. I spent 3 hours of intense working in the yard, earning a ton of APs. Right now I am so sore that I can barely move!!!
I forgot to mention that the critter company got the squirrels out of my walls on Saturday and hopefully they won't make anymore holes in the siding. I'll have to keep checking. What a relief to not have to deal with that.
Ellen - Did you survive the snack attack?
Melissa - I can't wait 'til we both make it to onederland! I sure hope I have a loss this week to put me a tad closer.
Nikki & Cammie - Where are you? Hopefully you had a great day.
