So i'm starting the exercise thread for this week. My week is from Saturday to Friday...so I"m going to log my exercise from Saturday and today as well to keep track of my week!

Saturday - GYM - 40 min high intensity cardio (arc trainer and elliptical), 20 min bike and 30 min weights ( thighs, triceps, chest and 200 different crunches)
TOTAL = 10aps :bcb_up

Sunday - 60 min walk/run intervals (30 min High / 30 min moderate)= 6 200 crunches = 1ap
Total = 7aps :bcb_up

Monday - 60 min cardio kickboxing class = 8aps
Total - 8aps

Tuesday - GYM - 40 min cardio (40 min High - arc and elliptical) = 7
30 min weights and abs = 2
TOTAL = 9aps

Wednesday - 60 min moderate walk - 4aps
200 crunches - 1ap
TOTAL - 5aps

Thursday - 60 min walk/run intervals (30 min high/30 min mod) = 6
200 crunches - 1 ap
TOTAL - 7aps

Friday - 60 min walk/run intervals ( 30 high/30 moderate) = 6
200 crunches - 1ap
TOTAL 7aps

TOTAL APS planned for the week = 53

From the 100 days of exercise:
Saturday, Day 47: Ran 10 min, in each of two 5 minutes stretches + wt. training = 4 AP

On to stage 3 in my strength program. I really need to focus on no excuses to skip running this week!!

MON - 80min strength (5ap), 2.3mile run 30min+ 10min dog walk (3ap)
TUE - rested (skipped run, will make up Wednesday)
WED - Rested - taking a week off from strength
THU - 400+ calories on the Wii Fit
FRI - rest & get to bed early
SAT - leisure activity
SUN - run

Sun - rest - DONE
Mon - Walk 1.5 miles DONE, 3 solid hours -Mowed Lawn, raked leaves, trimmed hedges etc. - DONE- WHEW!!!
Tue - Walk 3 miles DONE, FIRM
Wed - FIRM Hi Def Sculpt - DONE-
Thur - Walk 3 miles - DONE
Fri - FIRM Burn & Shape DONE
Sat - TBD

New week for me!

Mon: Turbo Jam(4aps)-DONE! and Jillian 1 and 2
Tue: 2 mile run, Jillian 2 and Turbo Sculpt
Wed: 3 mile run, Jillian 2 and Turbo Jam
Thu: 2 mile run
Fri:
Sat: 4 mile run and Jillilan 2
Sun:

I am still working on it. I have changed it and I am still changing it.

Mon - 30 min on elliptical :jump_jack
Tues - walk 45 min (15 at both breaks and 15 at lunch)
after work, upper body lifting
Wed - at least 30 min cardio plus my breaks/lunch
Thurs - 45 min on breaks and lunch, lower body
Fri - 30 min cardio plus breaks and lunch
Sat - long bike ride
Sun - pilates

Wednesday - 40 min walk/run, running up and down 35-40 stairs and two huge hills - 3aps
200 crunches - 1ap
TOTAL - 4aps :bcb_up


Thursday - GYM - 60 min cardio (40 min High/20 min mod)
30 min weights & crunches
TOTAL - 10aps

Friday - 30 min walk/run intervals - 4aps

TOTAL APS planned for the week = 43 /40

Got all my exercise in again today! WOOHOO!!! Friday exercise is "iffy" If I dont' get home too late from the rehearsal dinner than I will go for a walk / run in the evening. If it's too late, then I won't get any exercise in...but I did get 5 days out of 7 so that's GREAT!!
