Monday- Treadmill- 25 minutes - 1.5 AP's- Done
strength training legs and arms- 30 minutes- 1 AP- done
35 minutes step aerobics- 35 minutes- 4 AP's- done
Tuesday-Treadmill and bike- 3 AP's- done
Step aerobics 15 minutes- 1 AP- done
Wednesday-Step Aerobics- 25 minutes- 3 Ap's- done

Tue: 2 mile run(3APs)-done!Firm Cardio overdrive(5APs)-done!
Wed: 3 mile run(4APs)-done!-Firm Pilates(0APs)-done!( I did a very short version of it after my run for my legs. Hamstrings were killing me!)

Fri: Jillian-Firm workout
Sat: 4 mile run
Sun: REST

Mon - 50 min strength training Stage2 A4 (6ap), easy 2 mile run (2ap) DONE!
Tue - does 4 hours of wii Tennis count :bcb_down
Wed - another rest day, adjusting the remainder of my week :bcb_kick:
Thu - REST
Fri - REST
Sat - 1 mile walk (1ap) 50min strength (4ap)
Sun - Longish run

Mon - upper body lifting, abs and 30 min cardio (done..only did 20 cardio though)
Tues - 60 min total cardio and abs (so far only 12...but, I will do the rest. Can't wait till after work. I need to sweat a little!) NOPE...had to run home right after work due to sick kid
Wed - lower body, abs and 30 min cardio NOPE..home with sick kid
Thurs - 60 min cardio and abs WILL DO FOR SURE!
Fri - upper body, abs and 30 min cardio
Sat - cardio - hopefully a long bike ride
Sun - OFF!

Wednesday - Hip Hop Abs - DONE
Thursday - Walk 5 miles - DONE
Friday - Walk 2 miles
Saturday - FIRM
Sunday - Rest

Sunday - none
Monday - 60 min cardio kickboxing = 8aps
Tuesday - 60 min cardio at gym (40 high / 20 mod) ; 30 min weights (moderate) = 10aps
Wednesday - 45 min power walk & abs = 4aps
Thursday - 60 min power walk & abs = 4aps
Friday - 45 min power walk & abs = 4aps
32 / 40 aps for the week

Didn't make the 9APs I had planned today, but I did do 7APs and that is great for me!

Sunday- Hiked to Delicate Arch (I MADE IT!!:bcb_happy) (3 hrs/1.5 hard: 12 and 1.5 moderate: 5 ), plus 1 hour mod: 3 : 20 pts
Monday-Jari Love: 6 pts
Tuesday- Walk/Jog: 5 pts
Wednesday- Jari Love: 6pts
Thursday-Gym: 7 pts
