Hi, there! I'm a 60+ retired lady who has been back and forth to WW for over 20 yrs. I'm back OP since January 14 but have only lost 8lbs. I need an online buddy to help me out.

I've never been in a chat room or message board before so I may need help!

Hi, Skippy's Mom-- I'm new too. (To this, not WW) I'm at WW for about the 10th time now, but plan to stick with it permanently. I'm turning 50 in August and starting with health problems. I now have high cholestoral and arthritis in the knee. So forget that- I'm here for the duration and would love to be your buddy. I don't know how to use this site right now, so if I don't answer you its not because I'm being mean!! :bcb_confu Keep up the good work. 8 pounds is great!! Take care.

Thanks! It's good to know you! I've been reading a lot of posts in the last few days and it makes me feel a lot better to really realize that I am NOT alone in this journey.

I went to the store this morning and found some Little Debbie 100 cal brownies. They looked great on the package and I thought WOW for 2 pts it would be a great treat. Problem is when I got them home and opened them they are just a little larger than a postage stamp! :crazy:
Oh, well -- live and learn. Since I'm learning this thing as well we can just learn it together. Talk to you later:wave:
