This is my try at posting a link within a post..
tortilla bake (http://www.healthdiscovery.net/forums/showthread.php?t=54711&highlight=layered+tortilla+bake)

So how do I make it just the name of the food, and not list the whole link?? I will go look around and see, if anyone reads this and knows how please help a buddy out!

I think I figured it out.
After I save the link I just highlight it in my post and name it whatever I want.

Does that sound correct?
