What does everyone think about this season? I like Allison as the host, I like the three teams. They don't seem so snarky this season. Bad, Bad decision for the Red Team. What was Brian thinking - even considering voting for Phil. Phil was the reason they had won so many challenges thus far! And you NEVER, EVER want a split vote so that you give the power to an opposing team to choose who gets voted off. I don't predict much longevity for the red team now.

It looked like they will be dissolving the teams soon. This is the first year I've watched all of the episodes and I'm really enjoying it.

I couldn't believe that they voted Phil off, or the other gentleman who was 62 and had such huge losses. Both were such great leaders and obviously cared about everyone on their respective teams. Even my husband was moved when Phil did his little speech with tears in his eyes.

Looking forward to Tuesday....
