Biggest Loser special 9/4 & new season 9/11

I am looking forward to a new season of BL. They have a special on 9/4 that shows how 13 past contestants are doing, and the new season starts on 9/11. I just looked ahead on the guide on my tv, and it says they drop 18 contestants in the middle of the dessert, and in addition to the red and blue teams trained by Kim Lyons and Bob Harper, a secret black team is formed, trained by Jillian Michaels. Sounds interesting!

I will be watching tonight for sure, I can't wait. I find it so motivating.

I'll admit I've never watched this show, but I'm gonna take a look at the new season, hoping for a little motivation and ideas. I"m having a hard time getting to the 50 pound mark so I'm looking for anything that will help me shake things up a bit.
