Burger Bun Alternative

next time you grill a burger...I prefer turkey...

use a light english muffin as the bun...toast it first.

that's what I do, too Amanda! I use either a ww one or a thomas' whole grain light one. Both are one point. I also add lots of fresh tomato, lettuce and if it is a low point burger like veggie or boca I will even toss on a wedge of laughing cow light cheese. the best burger ever!.

I use the Earth Grain 35 Calorie per slice wheat bread.... sprayed with Butter-Flavored Cooking Spray(0 PTS) and lightly toasted for extra firmness.
