Garden Salad w/ creamy lemon dressing
7 c torn Romaine lettuce
1/2 c sliced green onions
2/3 c peeled, seeded thinly sliced cucumbers
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 c thinly sliced carrots
Toss in a large bowl.
1/2 c FF sour cream
2 TBSP parmesan cheese
1 1/2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 TBSP water
1 1/2 TBSP canola oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Whisk in a small bowl. Pour over salad ingredients and toss.
2 c salad and 3 TBSP dressing is 1 point.
I added soem Pampered chef dill mix and some Mrs. dash and it was so good!
