help please, could someone figure the points for this recipe off the box of sf ff pudding? threw out the box and the milk container!


1 sm box sf pudding
1 1/2 c ff skim milk
1 c ff cool whip

serving size is 5 i think
if someone could figure this for me i would really appreciate it!!
