hi everyone, I'm new here and this is my first post. I enjoy exercising but don't always have a ton of time to do so. Does anybody have any fun quick exercise suggestions?

Walking is a great exercise that you can incorporate into daily living.
You can buy DVDs (Leslie Sanson - WATP) and bands and balls and weights and make it a practice to do so many minutes of exercise.

I enjoy running! No matter what exercise you decide to do, you can break it up into segments. Exercise 15 minutes in the am and 15 minutes at night. You'll have 30 minutes in for the day. There are also DVD's that split exercise into 10 minute segments. Check out collegevideo (http://www.collagevideo.com/) to preview DVD's. Welcome to BCB!
