about meetings

I would like to start the meetings, does anyone know, can you join anytime? Or is it in sessions you have to join?

You can join anytime. Just find a metting in your area and you're all set. It's well worth it. WELCOME!!

As the previous poster said, you can join any time. If you go to the WWers website: http://www.weightwatchers.com and enter your zipcode in the "Find a Meeting" spot you can find out what meetings are in your area. It will also tell you what kind of pricing and promotions are available. The meeting locations open up 30 minutes ahead of the meeting for weigh ins, so you'll want to get there early to fill out your paperwork.
