Hi, I am new to this site and wanted to introduce myself. I have been a member of WW since September 2006 and have lost 25 pounds (out of about 60 I would like to lose). Since Thanksgiving I have not been doing very well and I am hoping BCB will get me back on track. I am on flex and I like it, but the holidays sapped away my motivation.
I have started journaling again and am truly motivated to take off the rest of my weight.

Hi Everyone,

I also am new to this board. I found you and joined yesterday. I was a ww member many years ago and have decided that enough is enough. I have a great deal of weight to loose but I will take baby steps this time and be successful. I feel with all the support that I have seen on this website , my journey should be a little easier.
