Hi Everyone,

I been reading all your post for weeks and find them all inspriational. I have
committed myself to losing about 65lbs on WW. I'm doing it on my own since
I have all the materials from previous attempts. I'm really unhappy with my
appearance and feel like it hinders my life. I hate to go out because I could
never find anything to wear. I feel like I crabby all the time which seems to
affect my friends and boyfriend. I'm hopping to find lots of encouragement
and her all about your weight loss efforts.

Welcome, Margie!

You can do this if you just stick with it. WW is a proven program, so jump on and move downward!!! :bcb_bigsm

Welcome to BCB, Margie. Glad you delurked. :D I couldn've written your post in July 2005. That was me! It does get better. Execise, journal, eat healthy foods, drink your water, and the fat will go. Find a home board or two and post often for support. We're glad to have you. :salut
