Hi, this is my first time posting....I am at my highest weight and am ready to do something.........(this has been a battle before) I am married and have three children and I just graduated college and did four years in two and it was all online.......the side effect was I let myself go and now need to loose 50 lbs:bcb_grrrr Wow, that seems like sooo much, but I hate being this overweight!! my goals are to stick to the flex pts., excersize 4 times a week (starting off will be eliptical), drink water, and find a friend to be accountable with........and only stepping on the scale once a week (not everyday)
thanks to anyone who replies! I am having such a hard time wanting to excersize, I imagine doing it, but have gotten to actually doing it.....but I will start today..

Hi (I'm sorry but I don't know your name) I would sure love to be your buddy, it is nice that you and your daughter can work together on this journey.........weight has always been an issue for me and my parents (my dad must be at least 400 lbs, it makes me sad, he has diabetes now and some other health issues and I know he would feel sooo much better if he would loose some weight, but it has to be his decision, he was not always that heavy, but he has never really been an average weight....) it scares me because I have gained soo much weight in the last two years.......no more excuses now.......I'm glad you posted,,,, this is a time that I snack and/or overeat ......you helped pull me out of that zone, Yeah........let me know what your goals are, so we can help each other out!!:bcb_smile
