How do I 'buddy up'?

Hi. I'm Karla. I'm new here. First WW meeting will be Tues. 1/2/07 at 5:30p. I live a life out of control... and while I can't control a lot of it (too many people involved!) I can control what I eat.

I live in Ga. Mon. thru Fri. I'm at home (we homeschool) and Sat./Sun. I'm at work in a hospital. I'm an x-ray tech.

I've never been good at meal planning. That will be my first great hurdle... Learning to make a list, shop from the list, cook from the plan!

Anybody feel like taking on a newbie?

HI Karla most of the forums here are really helpful. Everyone is supportive and will help all they can. I usually just post on Buddy System then it's the date of the day. I do WW at home and have found a wealth of info on here. Good luck with it all!
