Hi Everyone, Happy New Year to everyone, I wish us all a year of health and happiness. This is my first time posting here. I stumbled pon your site a little while but just recently joined. I've had a rough time of staying on program this month and with the changes in the program I plan on recommitting to the program, myself and getting back to the gym in 2007. I still have a little more than 75 lbs to lose to reach my personal goal and I know with time, patience, commitment and the support of meetings and this board I will do it.

Meetings are great in addition to this site....I really envy those who can do WW at home, I could not.....For me meetings are not an option......I need all the support I can get, but I also know that this is my journey and it's forever......

Make a list of the reasons you want this to work for you and when you have weaknes, look in the mirror and say, "Wendy, why do you want this!!??" It works for me.......

Hi..thanks for being here...I really hope I can do this...I am COMPLETLY new to this...ANY suggestions on how or where I should go on the board..I would really appreciate it..I am in my 50's and about that much overweight as well..had a physical and was told I was fairly healthy..I am not able to go to the meetings..so I will attempt to go it at HOME!!!.tHANK YOU FOR READING THIS..AND AGAIN ANY HELP, I WOULD APPRECIATE IT.
