Hallo. I'm reintroducing myself because its been a while since I visited.

I am thinking of starting WW, but don't know which plan I want to do/try.

I am:

32 1/2 years old
165 lbs
5' 1 1/2" short

How many 'points' do I get? Is that daily? Where do I find a point chart?

I want to lose at least 25 pounds by June 2008.

I will work on being more active here, and more active with my eating/health habits.

Hi Terri and welcome back to you.

My first suggestion is to find a meeting near you and go to have the guidelines explained to you in detail. Also, the meetings are a great motivator. If that is not an option you can use e-tools on the WW site.

Look around the boards, read a lot of posts and find a home here. I am part of the Fab 40's group. The support is outstanding here. Also, on the Newbie Guidance are many links to sites with great info.

Welcome back to BCB and WW, Teri. It helps to hear the new information first hand. Go to a meeting if you can! Most people are more successful with meetings, then doing WW alone. That said, I do WW at home, and it can be done, but you must stay accountable. Find a home board and post often so your buddies can cheer you and make sure you're doing okay!
