Hi this is my first time posting on your message board.
I joined WW in 1997 after I had my first child and had great success. Then in 2001 I started again, not doing very well. I would hit and miss but never really stick to the program.

I am needing to drop about 15 pounds. I know this along with exercise is the best way to do it. I think this MB will really help me along.

Here is my problem. I don't have the extra $$ to join the actual group. I know there have been lots of changes so I am not sure if I am following the "right guidelines". Is there anything that I REALLY need to know?
Last time I was allowed like 26 points (I think)
Would anyone post the new point system for me?

I went to Kroger today and purchased my dinners and bought all my 1 point snacks :) I am so ready to begin!!!!!!

Any new advice would greatly be appreciated.

Congratulations on your decision to get healthy!

To determine your points, we need your height, current weight, and age. Based on this your daily points allowance can be determined!

There are new guidelines out within the last couple weeks, and some of the leaders here can help with those--I havent gotten the new material yet!

Age: 33
Height: 5'9
Weight: 145
