Hi LD- I am here too. BTW congrats on your huge loss! That is AWESOME! Did you finally get through to your family in Italy? Is that where you're from? And what was the trees fate- is it still up?

Mel- How did that extra excersize work out? I hope that your enjoying your clean, childfree house. For me the two seem to go hand in hand. In fact my DS noticed and commented that he was going to help by picking up more often 'cause "the house is always clean when I come home" We'll see... but it was nice that he noticed...

I am SO OP today. It's only 8:30, but I am doing great. I already had half my days water... I'll be back later... hope that we'll have some more people checking in....

Hi LD and MN..........:) looks liek the 2 of you are the only ones up on your side of the world. It's just about 5pm here,
AND IT IS SNOWING!!!

Here are the boys on our Patio..........on the left in red is Ilan, 3 1/2; on the right in blue is Aviv, 5 3/4

And here is a picture of our neighborhood, the view that we have from the patio. It's incredible........those roofs below are RED roofs! The mountains off in the distance are the "hills of Jerusalem". There's a big of fog mixed with the storm, so it's hard to see too much, but the BEST part of this apt. is the view!!! Enjoy...

Ok, so that's the excitement here. I had fruit for breakfast, an avocado and egg sandwich for lunch, and some dried fruit for snack. Making salmon and steamed brocoli for dinner, and if I have some points left, I'll add a small baked potato as a treat! love my carbs!

ok, gotta go make dinner for the boys. POST UP ladies, stop in, check in, be accountable!!!

Shilily, how was wi, fess up! Glad you're back on track, keep checking in!

ok, gotta run, hearing the water boiling for the mac. HUGS to all.........back later!

Good Morning.

Here and OP, though it's barely after 7, and I'm only half way through my sf vanilla latte. :bcb_bigsm

Shi- Good job on your water, I've been really slacking in that area!

It snowed here last night. Completely unexpect to me, but then I can't remember the last time I watched the news or a weather report. My aunt and I are meeting my DH today to look at flooring for our new house, I'm pretty excited about it, but trying not to be. I don't like getting emotionally attatched to stuff before it is a "done deal."

I don't know if I'll be able to get my Couch to 5K run in today with the snow, so I may have to substitute a Firm Cardio workout of some kind.

Have a great Wednesday!

Good Morning Ladies...

I can hardly believe that it is the middle of the week already!! Yesterday was great fun. We went to pick out the desk and then for lunch and a movie. Then when MIL got home we went out for dinner. Up to that point i was having a reasonably successful day. I drank lots of water, ate lots of veggies and the snack was popcorn. But after dinner there was junk in the house (left from Christmas eve) and i nibbled. So, this morning i bagged the junk up and sent it to work with DH. I feel a whole lot better now!!

This morning it is raining so i'm going to get dressed and do a cardio workout tape at home, then do some laundry, then some ab-doer. I'll let ya know how that works out.

I also have to take the tree apart because that is where the new desk and computer are going. Oh, and hopefully the shower door will be ready today and they can install it and the bathroom will be finished too.

LD... WTG on your continued fantastic losses!! You are doing so great at staying OP and learning all great habits... i bow before you!!

SusE... I couldn't see the pics but the snow musta been fun for the kids. Your menu for today sounds wonderful, wish i could join you! I have no fish eaters here and when i cook it they whine about it so i mostly eat fish when we go out.

ShiLily... Glad to hear that your ds wants to help around the house. It is a great habit to get them in. I know mine is getting better about always leaving his school things by his desk so that he can find them. Good job on all that water already. So, how did WI go??

OK... it is getting sunny in here and i'm going to get myself moving. bbl to check in with everyone... Have a great, OP day!!

Hey ladies!!! Just got back from a little after Xmas clothes shopping. Got an Old Navy gift certificate, so i thought id go see what i can found. Found some good bargains. Good news is that i had to try on pants that were 2 sizes down from what i normally fit. Which is great....but...i'm not gonna buy pants if i'm only gonna have to throw them out when i lose more weight. So i basically stuck to buying tops. Glad to see everyone is doing well. It snowed here for about 5 minutes...and then the sun came out for 5 minutes..and now its cloudy again!! The weather is so weird this year in New England.

Shilily--nice to see you back and posting again. I did finally get a hold of my family in Italy. My parents were born there (they live near me now) but the rest of my extended family lives there. So i try to visit at least once a year and call as often as i can. And YES the tree is still up. LoL Good job with drinking all that water so early.

Suse--i tried looking at the pics too and i couldnt see them. The avocado and egg sandwich sounds awesome!!!!!!

Melody---How's the weather out that way. My gf lives in Cali and i'm always so envious of their gorgeous winters.

Well ladies...tonight is yoga night, so i probably wont post til tomorrow. So have a wonderful night and take care

I think I may have the all time highest weight gain in a 2 week period. Yikes. 7.8 pounds. I was actually less in October than I am now. I knew I was going to be up. I am not thrilled, but it's better to be up 8 before starting over than up 80 and starting over- and I've been there before! So onwards and downwards. I walked today after WI but didn't go as far as I'd intended. The baby was really fussing in the stroller and I had a whopper headache so we only did 2 miles in half an hour. I was intending to do 3 miles. I did get all my water in today and go my vitamin in too. That's the first time in a LONG time that I've done that. I am SOOO dehydrated, probably half the reason for the headache.

I know that I am going to have a hard time with not eating at night. I did tonight, and it's something that I need to change. Here are a few things that have worked in the past for me- STAY OUT OF THE KITCHEN. Chew gum while cleaning up dishes. DRINK A CUP OF HOT LEMON TEA. Take a bath. GO TO BED. Go for a walk. GO TO BCB. Sorry to think out loud, but I figure maybe it'll help. If anyone has any other suggestions please add them!!!

Well- I'd better get going... See you tomorrow. Shi
