Please pray for my dad.

We found out he had lung cancer a few weeks ago... Just found out the other day, it is Stage III b and has spread to his lymph nodes. He started chemo yesterday, and will have radiation on Friday, but I am scared... He is very weak and has lost a LOT of weight (he weighs less than me now, and I'm in the low 140s...). The doctor says his chance of living is only 20%.

I'm praying for him and trying to keep a positive attitude for him. Any prayers or positive thoughts you could send would be wonderful.

i was in your exact same shoes 6 years ago. its scary, its sad, its frustrating, its unfair, its very hard to watch your father go through this-its probably harder for him to know you are watching him go through this. be strong for him-feel free to pm me if you have any questions...i just prayed for your dad-and i will continue to.blessings on your family.

I'll send up a prayer for you. Remember miracles do happen. My mom has extreme breast cancer and it had spread to her lungs. It looked very grim. Last week she went to see the doctor and it had cleared up. Don't give up hope.
