I am hard working and determined in all that I do. Over the time we spend talking to each other over our journey I am sure you will find much more out about me.

Today December 14, 2006 I am starting weight watchers. I weighed myself this morning and the outcome was… 143lbs …Uhhhh not where I want to be at all!! I would love to weigh 130. That’s my goal.

Hi Kelly & Alyson,

My name is Katie. I've been doing WW for a little over 4 months now. I'm a part time photographer (I've also got a full-time desk job). I'm married and have one dog (she's my kid!).

I try to work out for 1 hour daily. I've been doing the exercise challenges for the past few months. They really help! I've found that if I put it in writing, I will follow through more.

I usually work out when I get home around 5:30pm, I have difficulties getting up in the morning just to work out.

This morning I actually managed to get up early and do 25 minutes of weight training before work. I will do my cardio this evening.

I'm looking forward to the extra support especially during the holidays. We have so much food porn here at work. :bcb_down When I get bored, I start to wander. Somehow I end up grabbing handfuls of things here and there, and that adds up. I've made a promise to myself to get back OP. I've started journaling again, and I'm trying to keep myself busy at work.

Thanks again for the support!!!

Hi. My name is Karen. I live in Saskatchewan, Canada.

I reached my WW Goal in Feb/05. I have maintained my weight for almost 2 yrs. Just recently (Nov) I did my monthly weigh in. I was over and had to pay. I have been not good and straying from all the things I learned from WW. I know better! But I needed this website for moral support and encouragement.

I thought I would love to join you guys and stay motivated together. I know we can do this "Final Journey" together.

LET'S DO IT!! WE DESERVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Ladies!

I want to join you all on your journey!! I desperately need to loose some weight and I’m so thankful that I found this website! I’ve been trying to find time to post this message for the last two days but have just been swamped with work and school . So, please forgive me if I’m absent occasionally, I’ll be checking in often but posting is sometimes difficult.

I live in Michigan, I’m 33 and have three children (two step boys and a girl) ages 22, 16 and 15. I work full time and go to school full time and hardly have time to eat so I’m not sure why I can’t seem to get the weight off! I’ve done WW in the past and been pleased so I’m anxious to start again (I did on Tuesday). I had a complete hysterectomy last March and since then have gained over 20 lbs. My clothes no longer fit me and I absolutely refuse to buy bigger sizes!!

I’m looking forward to getting to know all of you!

Have a great day!!!

Amy

Hey, Night I also live in Jersey (northern). I'm at 140, and would like to go back down to 125. I've done the program before; and it was very succesful for me . I went down to 113; but then fell off the wagon. I also teach, and attend grad school a few nights a week. Our goals are similar; hope to see you on the boards!!!:bcb_smile

Good morning Kelly! This is a great web site to keep motivatated. I've been doing WW off and on for about 2 years, but it's so hard in the winter. Exercise keeps me motivated, and since I only exercise outsize, I've become a couch potato.
